We stayed in the villas and it was a very enjoyable experience. The guard shack at the only entrance point made it feel secure. Parking was a breeze. I was extremely pleased at how quiet it was, considering we were there for spring break. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything was very beautiful. The host was responsive and answered my calls within seconds every time. During our stay, there were some issues with the lock on the door, and she had someone out the very next morning to fix it. The whole family had a fantastic time! You will receive a parking pass that allows you to park at the resort across the street (it all belongs together) and that gets you closer to the beach, or you can walk across the bridge over the road. The kids loved seeing the ducks and turtles in the pond off the porch. There are so many pools belonging to the resort; we sometimes had one all to ourselves, too! To future guests, booking directly with the host may be better than through one of the host sites. While she is incredibly responsive, I am struggling to get my refundable deposit back. The host isn't at fault; she did her part, didn't report any damage, and even called the site for me, but the case has sat there with no progress so far.

Love the location. As we have been here the last three years for a dance competition. Normally don’t stay here. Had to come a day early so found this place. Floors were filthy enough where when you walked barefoot we had to rewash feet. Huge soft spot in the wall right as you walked in the door. Being picky but everything was a bit outdated.

Great property. Big enough for a family. There are several pools on sight with one in front of condo. You are able to use your parking pass to park at the towers with easy access to beach. Condo was clean and stocked with all essential needs. I would definitely stay again.

Convenient and priced appropriately

Location was convenient to activities in PCB. Plenty of space for the family. The unit could use a deep cleaning and some basic maintenance. The price was right for the accommodations. I would stay there again.

The stay was overall good, placed wasn’t overly clean, & just needed extra cleaning- like sweeping and moping - as we had a baby crawling around. The resort was great- we loved that the shuttle!!

Edgewater has excellent amenities, and this villa provided what we needed during our stay. It was spacious and comfortable for a family of five. Our host was good at communicating and responding to any inquiries. The unit was clean upon arrival, though it could benefit from some deep cleaning and a few small updates, such as new pillows and shower curtains. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return!
