Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is the only full-service resort in Panama City Beach, offering a variety of vacation rental options, activities, and amenities. Each suite has a fully-equipped kitchen and washer and dryer for your convenience, and golf course or beach views for your enjoyment. Our resort amenities will be sure you and your family have the best vacation ever!

Our Edgewater Beach Resort Condo is updated, clean and in excellent condition. Bask in the sun on your large balcony overlooking the pool and the Gulf of Mexico. The view is unbelievable from this balcony, and the master bedroom views do not disappoint! Wall of floor to ceiling windows, and a door leading to the balcony! There are only a few 1 bedroom deluxe condos at Edgewater and this condo has a very spacious floor plan. The condo is extremely large with over 1000 square feet of living area. The massive master bedroom suite and the living area both open onto the gulf front balcony. You will find everything up to date, including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, flat panel Televisions and free wireless internet. This condo sleeps 4 comfortably.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Room with a View

We stayed 12/20-12/28 and had an amazing time! This place was just what we needed! The condo was clean and just the right size for the 4 of us. Heated pool and hot tub was a huge bonus for these chillier months. Entire condo staff was helpful and friendly. This condo was well stocked for cooking! We hope to return again and would definitely stay here! Thank you so much for having us!!

Beautiful view of the beach and ocean

This condo is in a great location with oceanfront beach right off the balcony. It is clean and is supplied well with kitchen pots, pans and utensils. I would recommend that in the description it is noted that a parking pass must be purchased in addition to the rent before checking in and that it is not provided as part of the rent. Also I would recommend a different colored lightbulb for the balcony instead of the red. the beginning of the stayin addition to

Awesome stay!

Our little family of 3 had a great stay last week! The main living room area is big for just a one bedroom. The bedroom is pretty big too, which I loved because we could spread out our bags. It was decorated exactly how I would decorate it if it were ours. The couches/bed were comfortable and everything was super clean. We liked having 2 bathrooms because I could bathe our 3 year old while my husband showered so that was nice. The curtains are room darkening which I’m super particular about but they worked great. We were there in extreme heat so in the afternoons, the bedroom gets pretty toasty. We never opened the curtains but it was still hot in there. It was cooled down by the time we went to sleep at night, the air worked great. We’ve been staying at Edgewater for 10 years and this was probably the nicest room we’ve had. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!

Clean!

This condo was nice and clean. I personally would have preferred for the condo situated on the middle of the tower, cause looking left to the East , the sunrise is obstructed by the building. But , overall, it’s still a beautiful view !

Well stocked condo!!!

Perfect size for our family of 3. Having 2 full bathrooms was so helpful and the kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed. Such a great space and tower II is right in the middle of everything and perfect access to the walking bridge.

This condo is clean, cozy and has a nice view of the beach. It was nice to be provided a starter kit of the necessities. Only a few steps from Ocean Bar & Grill which we frequented and enjoyed so much and Eddie’s market which was nice and convenient.

Perfect spot

Stayed for almost a week to participate in Ironman 70.3 Gulfcoast. Could not have been a more perfect location overlooking the transition area. Host was very easy to communicate with. Everything worked well, kitchen with everything that was needed to cook meals and many nearby restaurants within walking distance. Furniture was well above average for a rental-comfy bed and sturdy couch.

Ocean playground at your doorstep

This place was clean, beautiful views of the ocean and sunsets every night. Floor to ceiling windows. Great views of the pool from your window. Nice size balcony for when guests visit, great seating on balcony. Kitchen was well stocked ( needed oven mitts and a couple more dish towels). The entire building is very well kept and kept very clean. Staff at property are so kind and friendly. Ample parking. The air conditioning worked well but needed cleaning. Overall you cant go wrong if you need a one bedroom condo steps from emerald colored waters and white sandy beach.

Great condo on beautiful beach!

We stay at Edgewater a lot because we love the resort and the beaches there. This unit is a really nice one! Very clean, had everything we needed, comfortable furnishings, and excellent communication with owners. We love the layout of this unit and will be interested in staying there for future visits.

Wonderful resort for a beach vacation!

We wanted a beach vacation with a view of the gulf, and a resort with a great pool. This condo, and Edgewater Beach and Golf resort in general, was perfect. Our condo was huge, our deck had a great high-top table and chairs and a chaise lounge. Inside we had gulf views from the living room and the bedroom floor to ceiling windows. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals in the room and enjoying them at the kitchen bar, dining room table or on the deck. The resort has several pools. The large one was just a building away, and the one for our building was very nice and had a hot tub and a sun deck high enough to see the water and waves over the dunes. The only reason I gave the room a 4 instead of 5 for cleanliness was dust, both on the fan that we had to vacuum off before using (the bedroom could get hot with the afternoon sun even with the drapes closed) and the decorative pillows on the bed that we removed for the remainder of our stay. Otherwise, the room was very clean and the resort was very quiet. We would stay here again!
