Edgewater Beach Resort Tower 3-1004 - 1 Bedroom Deluxe - Clean! Sleeps 6!

Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is the only full-service resort in Panama City Beach, offering a variety of vacation rental options, activities, and amenities. Each suite has a fully-equipped kitchen and washer and dryer for your convenience, and golf course or beach views for your enjoyment. Our resort amenities will be sure you and your family have the best vacation ever! The age requirement to rent this condo is 25. Registration fee $50 for the first vehicle and $30 for each additional up to 3 vehicles.

Our Edgewater Beach Resort Condo is updated, clean and in excellent condition. This condo is located in Tower 3 on the 10th floor and is in the ultimate location - not too high or too low, and the panoramic views from this balcony of the Gulf of Mexico are amazing. It overlooks one of the pools and a hot tub! Bask in the sun on your large balcony overlooking the pool and the Gulf of Mexico. The view is unbelievable from this balcony, and the master bedroom views do not disappoint! Wall of floor to ceiling windows, and a door leading to the balcony! There are only a few 1 bedroom deluxe condos at Edgewater and this condo has a very spacious floor plan. The condo is extremely large with over 1000 square feet of living area. The massive master bedroom suite and the living area both open onto the gulf front balcony. Newly remodeled bunk space provides more sleeping options with premium plush beds for comfort. The queen sleeper sofa sleeps 2 more guests. You will find everything up to date, including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, flat panel Televisions and free wireless internet. This condo sleeps 6 comfortably.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

nice condo

the condo was really nice. The only thing is that it is listed to sleep 6 and there were only 5 plates, 3 small glasses, 2 large glasses. There were no hot pads for taking things out of the oven. Could have had another dish towel.

Great Oceanfront Condo

Excellent Accomodations

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Edgewater Resort. Our condo rental was very clean and beautifully decorated and my kids loved the bunk bed. The master bedroom has huge windows and we loved waking up to the view of the ocean. It was too bad that it was double red flag on our last day but they had a huge pool which we thoroughly enjoyed. Farah, our host, was very communicative and gave excellent service as well. We truly enjoyed our stay and we hope to come back again in the future!

End of Summer Trip

We traveled here for my son’s 14th birthday. The location was great and the resort was nice as well. The only downside was they charged for everything. We had to turn in our wrist bands after wearing them at the end of the stay and I thought that was crazy. Obviously they must recycle them for the next guest. The master bedroom was nice be the tub wasn’t very clean at all. Great stay for the price point but it could definitely use some upgrades.

Wonderful trip

My husband along with our 6 year old had an amazing time at edge water resort. Our condo was so clean and beautiful. The views of the ocean were amazing. The pools were nice and we loved the air brush T-shirt shop was in the resort. We can’t wait to book here again.

Quick Getaway for Cheer Camp

Loved this condo! It is in a great location, recently renovated, great view of the beach, and very comfortable. Although I was only there for two nights for my daughter’s last cheer camp, it was a great little getaway. I will definitely reserve this unit the next time I travel to PCB and Edgewater Golf and Beach Resort.

Cute Condo

Here for a dance competition with another mom & our daughters. Condo is super cute & communication was great! Short walk to the convention center for dance. Super easy beach access & nice pools. While the showers were functional, they’re the only things in the condo that haven’t been re-modeled. Not a big deal at all, just an observation. Also wish we had more bath towels. There were 6 for 5 girls. Seems like enough but we were always looking for a clean towel. Again, just an observation:) Definately recommend!!

Wonderful except the door

We had a wonderful stay. Farah was quick to respond to us the couple times I had to reach out to her. The room was just like the pictures and very clean! My kids loved the bunk beds. The bunk beds even had their own plug ins and air vents. My kids never got hot and I was able to give them both their own nightlight in their area, and they loved that. My only complaint about the room is how the door doesn’t have an additional lock up high where kids can’t reach it. We have good kids who don’t run off but my two year old opened the door and was headed to the elevators when I caught him. His sister went to the bathroom and he thought she went outside so he thought he was following her. The door unlocks and opens so easily he was able to open it and go within a matter of seconds. I heard him and ran after him immediately, so thankfully all was well. We had to put a chair in front of the door every time we were in the room just to have peace of mind. I told Farah my concern and she said she was going to pass it along to the owners. I am only leaving this in the review because the room is great for families with children, and as a mom I would want to know about the door. We loved this room and hope to stay here again as long as there is an additional lock added to the door. I would definitely recommend this room!

Beautiful condo with amazing views

My daughter and I had a 3 night stay and we loved it!! The 10th floor view was incredible. The master bed was so comfy and loved waking up to the floor to ceiling view of the ocean. My daughter enjoyed the bunks and had the whole living area to herself. I would definitely stay here again.
