This was probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The property was super clean, beautiful and the staff were amazing. I definitely hope to come back one day!

Was not happy with Expedia. We spent 70.00 to reserve a room. Got there and it was not the correct room. Also was not told it was a 400.00 deposit for the room or that there was a mandatory valet fee with a resort fee per day. We will not go through Expedia again. Our 70.00 was not put towards our room. We was not able to use our Hilton honor points either. I give the Resort a 10 and Expedia a 1

The hotel was nice! The staff was very friendly and helpful.But the only thorn that made it a 3 star was the consistent toliet issues. We barely used our toliet and it went from flushing slow to not flushing down at all. This happened our entire stay it was so annoying at that point of having to contact the front desk numerous of times all they did was plunge it and kept going that we just kept using the lobby restroom. The day of check out the toliet completely stopped up and was arising lucky this was on check out and we had enough at that point. The whole hallway smelled of defecation due to pretty sure other toliets being stopped up as well. Glad that was on our day of leaving. Im not sure if we will stay there again because of toliet issues that was disgusting to have to endure. Than to learn other had problems to took the cake. We was on the 4th floor.

Efficient friendly staff. Valet service was excellent. Very clean and neat. All systems from lighting to plumbing worked properly. I highly recommend this facility.

The hotel is directly next to Pier Park which is a big tourist destination. Sraight across from the beach and a Pier with fishing available.

I liked the property was close to pier park , staff was not friendly and some even rude, my main concern was I was mislead by paying for ocean front by pictures and my view was a parking lot and even after complaints , they just said they would let their marketing team know

Embassy suites never disappoints. Great to have this in such a great location at Panama City Beach and next to Pier Park. Also the made to order breakfast and evening managers reception are game changers that continue to have me look at booking Embassy Suites first where location and budget allow.

Upon arrival, I was informed they only to valet parking. Which was fine with me. I left my vehicle with and checked In. When I got to the room I was assigned to, I noticed that other guest were already staying in the room. The lady at the front desk immediately gave me another room with an upgrade. The only thing that I didn’t like was the valet had my name wrong, couldn’t find my keys twice and the communication was horrible.

I’ll start with the pros location is convenient, rooms are spacious, beautiful view of the gulf and the breakfast was good. Cons valet parking is a rip off it’s a open parking lot that anyone can access, no one to help you with your luggage, long walks down hallways to your room, didn’t see house keeping all week, no one refreshes your towels coffee bottled water, pool bar prices varied with different employees and the pool area was not cleaned dirty diaper straws cups trash was all over that area.

The property itself was very messy. Trash was everywhere in the general green space. Towels and food were not picked up overnight at the pool area. We never received housekeeping during the 4-day trip. The Peleton in the room did not work.

Check in was a nightmare. Not enough staff. People being given rooms already in use and walking in on them! Took an hour to check in. Place was new but unclean. Trash everywhere. We spent A LOT of money and even recommended friends come and stay too. We love Embassy Suites. This was the newest and nicest one but check in and maintenance of grounds/bathrooms cleanliness was bad.

Beautiful hotel. The breakfast was awesome but go early or be prepared to be in line for 30 minutes. The pool is huge. Location is perfect, a block from the pier park and beach front.

Poor planning on their part. Checkin time was 4pm, which is on the late side, but we couldn't check in until after 6:30. We sat around waiting for 2 1/2 hours. Not sure why it took that long to clean a room.

I arrived early at 11am. I was told my room was being cleaned and they would call me when it was ready. FIVE hours later it was not ready. I sat in the lobby for over an hour. They said there were no comparable room. However, after almost two hours they located a room with a beach view although it did not have pool access which I had NEVER requested. I did not even have a bathing suit. AT one point during regular checkin time there were 17 people in line with one person at the desk. Also, I got to meet four other people who were also waiting for a call when the room were ready. Note at the FIVE hour point we were told they were cleaning my room and yet it still had to be switched. I have never had such a bad check in experience - period!

The room we reserved was not available when we came to check in. The manager was not available, she or he was cleaning rooms. We were supposed to receive a credit for the difference between our more expensive room and the room they gave us and still have not received it. When we went to check out they said they would email us the receipt, which we still do not have. We were forced to take a room with a king sized bed, we are two friends traveling together and did not anticipate having to sleep in the same bed since we reserved a room with two queen beds.

I rented an ocean view room based on the photo on the website..... You could technically see the ocean, but the room did not face the ocean as pictured....... This was very disappointing..... The hotel is very nice and will return there in the future
