Welcome to Paradise at Calypso Beach Resort. Our unit is at Tower 1 - 2002 in Panama City Beach, FL is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom direct beachfront vacation property overlooking at the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. We welcome a maximum of 8 guests (sorry no pets) who will enjoy a spacious living room, comfy seating, entertainment, full kitchen, and sweeping views of the emerald waters, you'll never want to leave.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and provide a credit card prior to stay on which a $500 damage deposit will be held. No pets, smoking, or parties allowed.

Calypso Resort & Towers in Panama City Beach, Florida is a fantastic family friendly resort boasting incredible gulf front pools and a beautiful private stretch of beach ensuring families find a spot on the beach with plenty of room. Calypso Resort & Towers offers luxury condominium accommodations in a central location within walking distance to the infamous Pier Park. Stroll along the sandy beach or embrace the spectacular beach settings and sunsets from your private balcony.

On resort property, the amenities are boundless and feature a secluded private beach, two swimming pools with gulf views: heated year-round to 82 degrees, a tiki bar, gulf-front location, free wifi in public spaces, fitness center, and covered parking.

*Note: Calypso HOA charges a $60 per vehicle parking pass fee obtained online in advance. A second vehicle pass may be requested. Additional vehicles may be considered on an exception basis outside of peak season. There is a $60 fee for each additional vehicle. These fees are controlled by the resort and subject to change. You will receive instructions on purchasing the parking pass online via email.

Everything about the condo was perfect from start to finish! No issues with booking, owners were even gracious enough to let us check in a bit early. The condo was very clean, with a lovely personalized welcome sign at the coffee bar, filled with K cups and a bowl of snack's, It was stocked well having everything we needed from cooking supplies to towels and so much more. We had 6 adults with plenty of room and not a complaint from anyone. The balcony was roomy, with lots of room for us all, with a gorgeous view of the ocean Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Thank you to the gracious hosts for their kindness, making our stay a memorable one!

Hosts are angels!

Condo is taken care of so well! Very clean, well stocked kitchen, kid friendly, beautiful views, condo amenities are up kept, staff were pleasant to interact with, and 5 min walking distance to restaurants/pier park. Renata checked on us during our stay, I let her know one of TVs wasn’t working but we weren’t using it just wanted her to know for future guests. They came and replaced the TV within the hour! You can tell how much they care about their place and your stay thereWe stay in PCB every year and this is the first place we will be returning to!

EXCELLENT!

This just may be the best short-term rental we've ever stayed at! The condo was immaculate, the design was beautiful it was updated and clean. Renata and DJ were extremely helpful and communicative. We could not have asked for anything more. We will definitely be renting from Renata and Vijay again!

Stunning Condo!

From the moment we walked into the condo we were thrilled! Beautifully decorated, very clean, stunning view of the ocean! Our host was so kind and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure things were going good during our vacation. The check-in process was very smooth! Carts were available on 3rd floor parking level. Elevators were quick, hardly a wait ever. Everything was perfect!!! Thank you so much, Renata!!!

great stay in room 2002!

This was a very clean, modern, nicely equipped condo.Check in and parking was a breeze. You get a door code texted to you so you can just head right to the roomWe never needed anything but they still just checked in a couple times to make sure things were going well.The bonus was a nice bowl of snacks to enjoyed during our stay.Great view from the 20th floor!You can book this one with confidence!

I only have GREAT things to say about this property. It was beautiful and clean. Steps away from a white sandy beach. Shopping and attractions (some within walking distance) so close. I have an 18yr old and a 16yr old and they also had a wonderful time! We will definitely be coming back. I enjoyed the property owner. She was kind and had quick responses. HIGHTLY RECOMMEND!!!! 5 STARS!!!! (I'd give more if there was an option)

Nice, updated, spacious condo

This property is very well kept! Everything has been updated, each room has a ceiling fan which is amazing after a day at the beach and the master shower was amazing! The hosts went above and beyond, provided water and snacks as an added bonus so we didn’t have to rush out to the store the first day. Our family enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!

Beautiful Condo in Perfect Location!!

You’re missing out if you don’t book this condo! I’ve stayed in plenty of condos in PCB, but this one is 100% perfect in so many ways! This condo is not only beautiful and comfortable, but it’s immaculate too! The location doesn’t get any better than this. It’s an easy five minute walk to Pier Park and a quick 5 minute drive to get groceries! Parking is a breeze with easy in and out to get wherever you may want to go. The owner of this condo has thought of everything you could possibly need and then some! Not to mention, the communication was top notch, which is huge in my book! Do yourself a favor … If this condo is available for your dates … do not think twice and do not hesitate… Book It before someone else does. I promise you will be happy with this condo!
