Slow M’Ocean is a modern, family-friendly 3-bedroom, 2-bath ocean-view condo in the newest building at Calypso Resort. It’s designed for guests who want a beach stay that feels easy—clean space, smart layout, and a great location near Pier Park.
This condo works well for family vacations, sports tournament weekends, and busy event trips like volleyball, cheer, soccer, baseball tournaments, car shows, motorcycle rallies, concerts, Ironman races, and marathons. You get room to spread out, a calm place to recharge, and quick access to everything without long drives.
Check-in is simple with a private door code. Covered parking (fee) and the private skybridge make arrivals and beach days smooth—no streets to cross, no hauling gear.

Exceptional Condo! Highly Recommend! Perfect!
I highly recommend this condo! We have stayed at PCB and Calypso resort many times over the years, but this is the first time that we stayed in the new Tower III. Can I just say “WOW” – where do I begin? The condo exceeded our expectations in every way! This condo is conveniently located to Pier Park with amazing views of the beach. The décor in the condo was beautiful. All floors had been steam cleaned prior to our arrival and was immaculate. The balcony view and seating were absolutely “perfect”! Kitchen was fully stocked with anything that you could possibly need. There was not one detail overlooked! Chris was so kind and courteous with our pre-arrival communication, pre-departure communication and follow up communication. Definitely a 5+ Star visit! Highly recommend Condo 902 at Calypso Tower III. I look forward to staying there again!

Excellent Condo!
Great location to everything…including short walking distance to Pier Park. Very easy access to the beach. Very clean. The pool was large and the kids loved it. Chris was very easy to contact and answered any questions we had! We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and comfortable.
My family and I enjoyed our stay at Chris' place. It was so clean and very comfortable that we felt like we were home. We appreciated all the extra touches that were provided like the beach chairs and the wagon (because we forgot ours). I especially enjoyed sitting out on the large balcony because the view was magnificent! We will definitely stay again and I recommend you do the same... you will not regret it!

Excellent room
This room exceeded our expectations. The pictures do not do it justice. It was absolutely beautiful. We had a perfect view of the sunset every night. It provided views of the beach and front beach road to people watch. We really enjoyed the proximity to Pier park and the pier. We were able to walk to pier park and to get food. We were also very impressed with the responsiveness of Chris. He immediately responded to all of our questions. We will be staying here again!!!

Amazing Condo!
So many things to say about this great condo! #1 Owner was great with communication. If you needed anything he was very prompt about getting back with you. Great location to walk to pier park and a great view of the ocean. Great pool and staff. This condo was very beautiful and clean! Thank you for a great stay! We will be back!

A beautiful condo!
We just loved our stay at Calypso 902! The rooms are beautiful and the kitchen is fully stocked. We had a large group that rented aprox 10 condos at calypso and many said our’s was the nicest. It is within walking distance to Pier Park, many restaurants, shopping and entertainment!

New condo with beautiful views
Staying in Tower 3 has many positive points and a few negative. The condos are all brand new, the entrance and elevators are not as busy as the other towers, the view is beautiful, nice little coffee shop and so close to Pier Park.

Amazing
This property was nothing short of amazing. We felt very welcomed by Chris, the host. He was extremely thoughtful and made sure we could reach him if needed.
The property was exactly as pictured and the views are even more breathtaking in person. The condo was very clean and the pools was a nice retreat as well. Short walk to the beach and pier park as well.

Beautiful Condo PCB
This property is absolutely perfect. It was brand new, clean, and beautiful. The view is breathtaking (I didn't want to leave). I really enjoyed the huge patio and the view in the mornings and evenings. The pool was huge and very nice and even has a tiki bar and live music on the weekends. There was a gift shop, small store and cafe on site that had a great selection of items. It is walking distance to everything and uber eats and instacart deliver right to the door. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The condo is fully stocked with everything you need. My whole family loved it and we can't wait to go back!

Softball Vacation
Chris is an excellent host to rent your home for vacations! The condo is beautifully decorated, fresh and clean. The beds are all wonderful including the custom built in bunkbeds! Plenty of room for the family to relax. Great views of the beach and easy to get to and from! Would definitely return with my family again! Thank you for making it so easy to relax and enjoy our time at the beach!
