Gorgeous Studio Condo overlooking scenic 30A in Seacrest Beach nestled between Rosemary and Alys Beach. Condo has been completely remodeled and professionally decorated throughout with the latest amenities and brand new furnishings. The Condo sleeps 2 with a cozy Queen Bed and 65 inch smart TV. Studio is also equipped with a kitchenette stocked with a Keurig, microwave, dishes and a mini refrigerator. Deeded Beach access is located a short walk (.25 mile) from the Condo. Tram that runs March - October is also available directly from the Village.

Condo resides in the family friendly Village of South Walton complex. All guests will have access to 2 Heated Pools (when temps are cold) and a Hot Tub on the grounds of the complex. Gas Grills available for guest's use also located at the pool areas. With plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, beach stores, boutiques, and the onsite Seacrest Sundry grocery mart, there is no reason to leave your beach escape.

Unit comes with 2 beach chairs, 2 beach towels, starter sets of shampoo, soap, toilet paper and paper towels.

Location was amazing and walkable. Room was more of a hotel room layout. It was fine for a couple of nights, but we would have preferred some sort of outdoor space for a longer stay. Mini split AC has some quirks and is extremely loud. It was difficult to maintain a cool temperature. Bathroom faucet sprays all over and needs to be looked at (too much pressure). The mattress was also a bit lopsided. When my husband was in the bed I would roll downhill towards him. The neighbors upstairs stomped around all hours of the night. It was like the ceiling was made of paper. These types of things don’t typically bother us, but it was loud enough to keep you awake. I could also hear the next door conversations while in the bathroom. Don’t get me wrong, our stay was enjoyable, there were just a couple of annoyances. We spent most of our time on the lovely beach, the room was just a place to lay our heads. Overall it was clean, convenient and comfortable. The owners were lovely and responsive as well.

Convenient location. Cleanliness and maintenance of room needs improvement. I appreciate the overall experience and the effort the staff puts into maintaining the property, but I did want to share some concerns regarding cleanliness and safety during my recent stay.Upon arrival, I noticed a half-empty energy drink can left in the room, which immediately raised concerns about how thoroughly the space had been prepared. There were also visible signs of water and wall damage near the bathroom vanity, and the bathroom outlet was not functioning, which made getting ready more difficult.In terms of general cleanliness, several areas appeared to need more attention. The doors were visibly dirty around the handles, and the comforter and decorative pillowcases did not appear freshly cleaned. Surfaces such as the light fixtures and outlets near the bed had noticeable dust buildup, and the floors did not feel like they had been effectively mopped.Additionally, I did have a concern related to personal security. There was a visible gap—approximately an inch—at the top of the door, as though it was not properly aligned with the frame. This made the room feel less secure than expected.I’m sharing this feedback with the hope that it helps improve the guest experience moving forward. With more attention to detail in housekeeping, maintenance, and room security, this could be a much more comfortable and reassuring place to stay.
