-Please note that this complex does NOT have exterior elevators. This unit is on the 3rd floor and accessible by stairs only. There are also stairs in this unit leading to the 2nd bedroom. Once inside, you will find the master bedroom with king-sized bed, full bathroom, kitchen, and living room (with sleeper sofa) on the first floor. On the 2nd floor of the unit is another bedroom with a queen bed and full bathroom. Perfect for a couple or small family!
-A minimum age of 25 is required to book. The registered guest must be on-site for the entire stay and is accountable for all occupants.
-No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere on the property. Discovery of smoke residue will result in a $500 fee.
-A starter supply of essentials is provided for the first 24 hours, including paper goods and basic cleaning items. Additional supplies should be purchased as needed.
-Before arrival, you'll receive a digital Welcome Guide with access details, Wi-Fi information, and local recommendations.
-Please note this is a pet-free home.
-Guests should supply their own beach towels, as they are not included.
