    Mistral 3 är ett sovrum plus våningssängar, ett badrum, bottenvåningen vid havet med fantastisk utsikt över havet. Det är också gångavstånd till Alys Beach och Camp Creek Lake. De fantastiska restaurangerna och butikerna i närheten av Rosemary Beach, Seagrove, Watercolor och Seaside är också bara en kort cykel- eller biltur bort.

    Detta är en bottenvåningsenhet med fantastisk upphöjd utsikt över viken. Den täckta balkongen är stor med bekväma sittplatser. Öppna helt enkelt porten och gå ner på din egen strandpromenad direkt till stranden! Det blir inte lättare eller bekvämare än detta! Det finns också en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i enheten, digital HD-kabel w / skärmguider på alla TV-apparater och gratis WIFI för din användning. Du kommer att älska vårt lilla, tysta och familjevänliga komplex med endast 24 enheter. Det betyder att vår privata strand är sällan trångt.

    Har en stor platt-TV, BluRay DVD-spelare, drar ut soffan med en extra tjock madrass och en sidostol och bord. Det viktigaste är att den har fantastisk utsikt över havet!

    Kök:

    Allt nödvändigt köksredskap, bänkskivor i granit, alla nödvändiga små och stora apparater (inklusive diskmaskin), barstolar för 3 och bordsplatser för 4.

    Huvudsovrum:

    Har en helt ny queen size-säng med en ny madrass med kuddeövertäckning, 600 räkne sängkläder, ny 40 tums TV och BluRay DVD-spelare, byrå, strykjärn och strykbräda.

    Bunk Area:

    Två extra långa två våningssängar med alla nya sängkläder. XL-tvillingar är lika långa som en drottning vilket gör dessa kojer bekväma även för de stora barnen.

We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!!! The location and accommodations are perfect, and the hosts are super easy to communicate with. My only complaint is that we didn’t stay long enough!

Everything within our control was fine. Although the water had sea grass throughout our stay, we were still able to enjoy ourselves immensely at the beach and in the condo.

Great beach front condo. We rented for my son’s wedding and the entire party stayed at this complex. We loved the first floor and appreciated the private beach and small complex. Condo was clean and stocked well with any essentials. The condo and management team exceeded our expectations. We look forward to returning next year.

Always a lovely stay

We've stayed in this unit many times and it's always a treat. Very clean & comfortable, well stocked but not cluttered. Great views from the porch (although it might be time to prune back the palm!) and easy access to the beach. We're already looking forward to our next visit to #3 :)

We've stayed at mistral for years and this was by far the best host and best condo we've stayed in. My wife and I absolutely loved it! The appliances were all new, the condo was renovated very nicely and the host was super friendly and helpful. It was well equipped with even plenty of dish soap, laundry detergent, fabric softener and paper towels. This host cares about his customers and it shows!

Easy to relax in a beach front condo

This Gulf front condo has all the amenities you’ll need to relax on your beach trip. Check-in was very easy, and we were delighted to find a spotless and very comfortable “home” for our short stay. The space has a full-sized kitchen with all the cookware you’ll need, plenty of seating, and thoughtful touches such as charging g stations on side tables in the living groom and bedroom. Best of all, the view is gorgeous and the beach is just a few steps away! Restaurants and grocery are nearby.We are already planning to return for a longer stay.

Great location and stay!

My family and I had the best time here. The condo was very clean and well equipped with the basics for our stay. With 3 young kids, it was great being on the first floor and having super easy access to the beach. We loved the fact that the beach chair service (2 chairs and an umbrella) was included as well. It was wondering having a spot on the beach set up and ready for us when we came out. Overall, I’d highly recommend staying here!

Perfect spot on 30a!

The location of this condo is perfect for our family. The back door opens up to the steps down to the beach. Having the beach chairs already at the beach is really convenient! We love that we can still bike down to Seacrest and Rosemary or to The Big Chill by Water Sound. The condo is always clean and easy to check in and out of.

Great unit for an off-season getaway

My wife and I spent three nights here in the interim period between Spring Break and the start of summer. It was a great unit: clean, stocked with the basics, and located on a private section of the beach reserved for condo residents. One of the best amenities is the complimentary chair/umbrella service. Check in/check out is very smooth, and the owner made sure to reach out to us throughout to see if we needed anything (which we didn’t). It was as smooth a stay as possible, and we would definitely book this place again.

Gulf Front Paradise

We have been coming to 30A for 10 years. We have stayed in some great properties, but this was our first time being gulf front and we will never stay anywhere else again! The view is the biggest draw, but the condo was a very comfortable stay. It was well stocked, clean, had nice linens and all the amenities you need. The chair service was such a great addition to the trip. The hosts made everything easy and we felt very comfortable. We do not hesitate in recommending this to anyone looking to book.

Back Again!

This makes our third visit to this property in the last six years!! It's three words for us...........location, location, location!! The condo has been updated with a new bath, new flooring, new appliances, cabinets, granite, etc.!!! I'm guessing there is a fourth visit within the next couple of years!

Oustanding condo!

This is our third stay here at Mistral 3. It has recently been remodeled and is BEAUTIFUL! (Though is was very nice before the remodel.) They have everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The owner was very easy to contact with questions. The beach service (an umbrella and two chairs) set up each morning for you is a PLUS! You cannot go wrong with this condo. See you next year, guys! :-)

Amazing

This spot is perfect for our family. We can walk right onto the beach which is convenient with small kids. The beach isn’t crowded and the condo is always clean. The owners communicate quickly. This was our second year staying here and definitely not our last.

Always a pleasure

We are frequent guests here and appreciate the high level of consistency, ease, and comfort. This was our first time to stay after the new renovation and it's great- updated and welcoming without feeling over the top. Sip coffee on the porch & watch the ocean for dolphins, easily prepare meals in a nicely updated kitchen, enjoy the sand & sea breeze in the provided beach chairs. Lovely!

We Return Again and Again

The best recommendation? Coming back for more :) Great location, reasonable price, great accommodations. The owners are on top of communications and the unit itself is unfussy and comfortable. We love walking right out the door and down to the beach with a fresh cup of coffee and even on a rainy day, the porch offers a great view of the ocean. Many thanks for another delightful trip!
