Happy Daze is a two bedroom condo featuring elegant colors and decor with full amenities at your fingertips. A king sized bed overlooks a stunning water view with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers two queen beds, and a sleeper sofa is also available for guests. Enjoy the amazing Gulf and a long stretch of beach to the east and west from our private balcony. Inside, you'll find a spacious living area with entertainment, Wifi, a full kitchen, dining area, and in-condo washer and dryer.

One of the top reasons to stay at Tidewater: its location simply cannot be beaten: just west of Pier Park along Front Beach Rd. Forget trying to park in this popular location! It's just a short stroll to dining and activities.

Note that Tidewater is a smoke-free facility. Smoking of any kind on the property will incur a $300 fee.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and provide a credit card on which a $250 damage deposit will be held prior to the stay. No pets/ESA, smoking, or parties allowed due to owners highly allergic allergies and no parties due to disturbing neighbors with noise. Guests must preregister directly with the resort before arrival and pay a $54.04 registration fee (or register onsite for an extra $10 fee) directly to the resort as part of the resort's standard procedure. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles. Absolutely NO more than 6 guests allowed unless approved by the owner.
