Our gate code that was emailed to me did not work the night we got there. We tried calling the number but did not get the help we needed so we had to follow another car in. We tried to walk to breakfast the next morning and could not get out of the gate. The security guard was not there. We tried to call the number listed but every code they gave us didn’t work. We finally had to get in our car to drive out to get the gate to open. It was not until about noon the next day we finally got a nice gentleman on the phone who gave us a proper code that was NOT the code that was emailed to us. Very inconvenient. Other than that, the stay was nice.

Location is Perfect

Perfect condo for a small family. We traveled with two teens and the space was ideal for the four of us. The views of the gulf are breathtaking. The property is close to shops and restaurants. I really enjoyed walking over to Rosemary for coffee each morning. We hope to return to this property next year!

Perfection in High Pointe!

We have been staying at High Pointe for over 12 years in various units and this was by far the best unit we have ever had. Everything was clean, updated and well thought-out. The kitchen had everything you could ever need and a brand-new washer/dryer made laundry a breeze. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels and extra linens. Patio furniture cushions have a little mold but that is to be expected - we still enjoyed coffee on the balcony and the amazing views each day. Hope that we can stay here again soon!

Beautiful Condo!

This condo exceeded my expectations! I’m so glad that I decided to book one of the condos that is ocean front. The balcony was my favorite place! All of the staff were very friendly. The location is walking distance to a ton of delicious restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Good location, terrible rental company.

While the condo is as stated in the listing, the rental company has strict rules which we found as a big inconvenience. We asked for an early check in, the rental property said “sure that will be over $550”. For an extra hour, absolutely not. Other companies will kindly honor that request if available. Our family has come to this condo complex for the past 10 years and we won’t be booking through this group again. It’s important to note that over the years, but especially this year, the High Pointe HOA is very strict. No guests are allowed in. No additional cars. Must wear wrist bands at all times - for all members. Lastly, our entire week stay was met with construction in the lobby each day. While it wasn’t that loud, they shut elevators down. We had a baby and handicapped person with us. This condo is on the 4th floor. There are better options out there.

Perfect!

Condo was perfect and well taken care of. Great access to beach and pool. Condominium was not crowded at the pool or beach. Walking access to everything at Rosemary beach. Beach attendants for chair service were very kind and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Oceanview and Prime Location

We had a lovely stay! The direct Oceanview was spectacular and the condo was exactly as advertised! The elevator and impressive ramp to the beach is a benefit to anyone with mobility issues. Location is prime with restaurants directly across the street and an easy stroll to more options at Rosemary Beach. The tennis players in our group were impressed with the courts which appeared to be brand new or recently resurfaced (1-tennis and 4-pickleball). Our only regret is not booking a longer stay. We did not visit the pool during our stay so I cannot comment on its condition.

Nice place

The condo was fantastic. It's right on the water with a beautiful view, and nice on the inside. It was a five star stay until checkout. After spending over $5,000 for our stay, I had a simple ask to temporarily keep a bracelet (that lets you into the pool) from 10am - 1pm as we weren't flying out until that afternoon, and they wouldn't let us. They kept trying to upsell me to another night's stay to do this. My son was disappointed he couldn't hang out with his friends these last few hours of our stay. I'm sure the property manager will respond with "it's against the rules....blah blah blah" but the simple response of "sure" would have been a 5 plus star experience for this property that ended with disappointment.

Right out of a magazine

Very tastefully decorated and beautifully maintained. Kitchen was adequately stocked with useful tools and equipment. It had a very good smell. The view of the beach was yummy.
