The heart of the condo is its modern, fully equipped kitchen. Featuring state-of-the-art stainless-steel appliances and sleek granite countertops, it’s ideal for preparing anything from a quick breakfast to a family dinner. All cooking basics, dishes, and silverware are provided, along with a coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, oven, and refrigerator. There is an additional fee to obtain parking passes and pool bands that is not included in the booking total. The initial registration fee is $50.00 USD plus tax, which includes one parking pass and pool bands for each member of your party. Additional parking passes are $30.00 USD. The property is pet-friendly, with a nonrefundable pet fee of $20.00 USD plus tax per pet for Grand Panama and $100.00 USD plus tax per pet for Sail Away Vacation Rentals.
