  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Nice Place!

Only 2 complaints were the company texted us informing us we were able to check in as early as 1pm with no extra cost to us. That was not the case. Door didn’t open until 4pm. Wrist bands were not in the condo when we got there but the property manager was prompted to bring them early in the morning. Overall this condo was nice! 2nd floor was very convenient! It was quiet inside the condo. View was nice and the amenities were perfect for a family kids. Pool was easy to find a seat and enjoy the pool anytime we went. Would recommend and definitely book again!

Beautiful view condo

The property was clean and restful. The view was amazing. Could use a few more kitchen items and staples. The inside needs a bit of TLC. We enjoyed the stay.

Ants/dirty

The condo was not cleaned well before our arrival. Ants covered the condo, from the kitchen and living room, all throughout the master and master bathroom. We arrived late Wednesday night and contacted the property owners about the ants early Thursday morning-We were told maintenance would be coming to handle the ants that day- they did not end up coming until Friday afternoon with no notice. They laid ant traps on ground when CLEARLY there were children staying and again didn’t communicate or warn us. The ice machine in the refrigerator didn't work. Washer/dryer didn’t work Not clean, there was a lamp actually knocked over when we came in and the sink facet leaked when turned on. Loose tiles from water damage Horrible door layout for people with kids strollers, carts, wagons etc. pictures of the condo extremely misleading Condo security was also something else. One afternoon we were leaving the beach- we had too much stuff to take in one run to the room- we were gone from the beach for a maximum of 45 minutes, we came back to our dry bagsCUT through, our tent thrown to the side, one of our chairs thrown in the trash and the other one gone. Someone sitting near by said security came- and ripped it all down. They said they told them we were coming back but they did not care. The chair that was stolen was a hammock chair that we paid over $100 for- dry bags were pretty expensive too. They could have just emptied but instead they destroyed them. Pros: cold AC.

Majestic Beach Tower 1 207

This condo is conveniently located on the 2nd floor with a beautiful view of the beach on the balcony. That is about the only positive thing I have to say. After arriving we noticed we were missing our required parking tag for the garage. We contacted Southern Vacation Rental, the representative told us to write the information on a piece of paper until they could send someone out the following day. The garage security officer said our car would be towed if we did not have the specific parking tag so we had to contact Southern Vacation Rental again. We spoke to the same representative who said he had already spoken to us and hung up. We reached back out to them luckily a different representative who contacted the property owner. The property owner delivered the tag before the designated tow time. After doing a walk through of our condo we noticed it was dirty. Every fan was covered in dust and looked like the condo had not been thoroughly cleaned in months. Check out is 9:00am and check in is 4:00pm, so plenty of time to properly clean. The couch and 2 chairs were filthy. I removed the comforter from the guest bedroom to place over the couch and extra beach towels over the chairs. We planned on using the pull out mattress for our son to sleep on but the sheets were covered in crumbs and the mattress was so old you could feel the metal framing underneath. Overall this condo did not meet our expectations and we would not stay again.
