This condo was very spacious and comfortably accommodated our family of seven, plus an infant. The listing was accurate and described the layout perfectly, so there were no surprises upon arrival. While some of the furniture is beginning to show signs of wear and could benefit from a deep cleaning or updating, it was not a deal breaker and did not negatively impact our stay. The highlight of the condo was definitely the balcony overlooking the ocean. The oversized balcony provided plenty of room for five to six people to relax comfortably while enjoying the incredible views. Overall, we had a great experience and would gladly stay here again.

Great unobstructed ocean view. Pool was clean. Only issue we had was with the various tv and ceiling fan remotes. I did have to buy trash bags for the kitchen and a sponge scrubber for the kitchen.

Adult family vacation

We had an all adult family vacation and found the property to be very nice. Even though one of the rooms was full size, bunk room, and single size but we made it work. We had a couple of issues we had to call on and the response was fantastic. I do recommend this property for vacation.

Our first time in this unit

We’ve stayed in another unit two times, but there too many of us going to all fit in one. So we already love everything about the Marisol. This is identical set up & we loved it just the same. It was clean and practical. Check in was ease.

Enjoyed our stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! Only a few things I personally think needs fixed. The couches need an upgrade, master shower did have some mold it looked like just wasn’t scrubbed enough, and the vacuum that is in the condo just doesn’t work well. Other than that the place is nice! And perfect location!

Great condo

Condo was as described. Good location, clean and very spacious. There were a couple of issues when we arrived but they were taken care of in a timely manner. I would recommend staying here but make sure you’re aware of the 4% fee the rental company adds when paying the final payment with a credit card.
