Rental comes with 2 parking passes, 2 sets of beach chairs(4 chairs and 2 umbrellas in total) reserved for our guests & folding chairs & a canopy tent in the condo available for your use. No college spring breakers.



The Space:

Lagoon pool, and tower 3 boardwalk and pool now open. Small amount of construction on property still, mostly by tower 4.



Relax in the spacious living room with floor to ceiling windows and direct access to balcony which has a table and 6 chairs. Enjoy large flat screen TV while lounging in living room on queen size sofa sleeper plus loveseat and swivel chair. Large formal dining room table and breakfast bar with three barstools. Condo comes with 2 ocean front master bedrooms, 1 with King size bed, the other master bedroom has 2 queen size beds both with 4 floor to ceiling glass windows and a door with direct access to balcony. Third bedroom has two bunk beds, one with full mattress and private ocean front balcony. All have their own private spacious bathrooms with a double vanity and an oversized garden tub. Unit has new washing machine & dryer. Kitchen has USB plug-ins on outlet to charge devises. 4 folding beach chairs, canopy tent, and cooler provided.LONG BEACH RESORT features beautiful landscaped tropical grounds, a 7500 square foot lagoon pool with waterfalls and palm tree islands, two heated Polynesian pools, three whirlpool spas, poolside bar and grill, 1300 feet of powder white beach frontage 24 hour gated security. On site availability of beach chair & umbrella rentals, jet-ski, para-sailing, banana boat rides and more.



Cooler, 4 beach chairs, canopy tent, and pop-up baby crib provided for you free of charge.

No college Spring Breakers. The policy of the condo HOA requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo be 25 years of age or older. This policy is enforced, there are no exceptions. If you book this property with the intention of allowing friends or family under 25 years of age to occupy the property without your presence, your reservation will be cancelled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund.

Guest Access:

Punch coded door for easy access to whole condo besides maid closet. Grounds have 3 pools that are heated in off season and 3 whirlpools.



The Neighborhood:

Close to the gulf, beach, shops, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and clubs.



Getting Around:

Drive, rent a scooter or bike.



Other Things to Note:

Construction on property has been extended to April 15. Balcony is open but beach access is at building 2 and the grounds are under construction. Community grounds have security cameras.
