Located in the CENTER of Rosemary Beach, “The Heart of Rosemary” is a large 2 bed, 2 bath condo (w/ additional bunk room), close to everything. It’s a top floor, corner unit (easily accessible via elevator) w/ 2 balconies, one of which is a huge wraparound w/ outdoor eating area. Sleeps 6. Washer and dryer, digital HD cable, & free WIFI for your use.

Located on on the corner of 30A and Barrett Square, this unit is as centrally located as you can get and close to everything!

*Rosemary Beach Town Center is right downstairs!
*3 min walk to the beach
*3 min walk to Barbados Pool
*5 minute walk to Rosemary Beach Fitness Center and the indoor heated Sky Pool
*4 min walk to the Rosemary Beach Racquet Club and tennis courts


Living Room:

Features tall, vaulted ceilings with multiple windows and doors to allow in ocean breezes. Large open floor plan, combining living / kitchen / dining areas. Large flat screen Smart TV and new furnishings. Full bath is right around the corner. Two sets of french doors open up to the HUGE wrap around porch (with outdoor eating area) featuring expansive views of the entire Rosemary Beach Town Center!


Kitchen and Dining areas:

All needed cookware, all necessary small and large appliances, bar seating for 4 and table seating for 6.


Master Bedroom:

Features a king size bed w/ brand new 600 count linens, flatscreen TV, dresser, and access to a second (private) balcony. En suite bathroom with stand-alone Jacuzzi jetted tub, separate shower, dual sinks, and closet.


Bedroom #2:

Features a king size bed w/ brand new 600 count linens, flatscreen TV, dresser, and closet. Full bathroom is just outside in the hall.


Bunk Room:

Two extra long twin bunk beds with all new linens. XL twins are the same length as a queen making these bunks comfortable even for the big kids. This room can be also closed off with the pocket door for added privacy.

Amazing week in Rosemary Beach

We truly enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful unit with great furnishings. The porch is just perfect. Location right on the main square is excellent. The access passes got us into all the beach entry points and community pools associated with Rosemary Beach. We absolutely loved walking and biking around the area. Hoping to return again next year.

Convenient Rosemary Beach locale

Overall was a great spot for Rosemary Beach. Nice and convenient to come down the elevator to the coffee shop and central access to all of Rosemary Beach. Communication was not great. I think this is nature of a larger corporate entity managing the property. To get picky the place could really use some new towels, the back door to the patio is in desperate need of repair (impossible to open, shut or lock) and plan to bring your own dishwasher detergent. Overall, it was great though.

Great property, some of elements lacking

We took a short trip to this area which is known to be family friendly. We didn’t want to do much driving so the central location of this listing was perfect. Our check-in process was chaotic as the unit number was not listed in our guide and we could not reach the host. That problem was corrected after we brought it to their attention. The size and location of the property were perfect, and we had a great time in this quaint small beach town. During our stay, our host was responsive and did check in on us. We had some minor issues including a broken dishwasher which was repaired during our time. Other than those snafus, we found the condo to be in good not perfect condition- some major wear on the bathroom fixtures items and a minor ant problem in the kitchen. If these problems are corrected, this would be a fantastic unit and location in which to stay.

The little things made this property a 3 star

First, the location was amazing. It was a 4 minute walk to the beach and many delicious restaurants were within a few minutes walk. It truly is in the heart of Rosemary! I hate to give this property 3 stars but we paid a premium for this place and it was not 5 star for the following reasons, *master shower had several long, left over hairs from previous renter *all 3 bedrooms had missing smoke detectors *white area rug in family room had some stains *white towels in master bath were gray (they were white at one time) *stains on some of the kitchen dish towels *outside furniture is not what is pictured, it is now a loveseat and 2 chairs which is nice, but the cushions were white and had black spots all over them, it might of been mold *fridge was not empty when we arrived *there was supposed to be 4 beach & pool access cards but there were only 3, we reported this to property host (as the check in instructions said), but there was no effort to get us the 4th one *could not find cutting board, it was eventually located in oven *no oven mits

Perfect place!

Super convenient in the heart of Rosemary beach. Beautifully decorated, comfortable bed, jetted tub and large shower. Everything you need for your stay and a very responsive manager. I will definitely be staying again!

Perfect location in Rosemary Beach

This condo is located on a corner top floor overlooking Barrett Square. It is so fun to stay above shops and restaurants, the view is lovely and the condo was fresh and clean. We had everything we needed in the condo to make our stay easy and comfortable. Will definitely rent there again!
