Pelican Walk 401- NEW kitchen and NEW bathrooms with custom tile showers - remodeled in 2025!

Pelican Walk 401 is a lovely BEACH Front 3 Bedroom - 2 Bath end unit condo located on the 4th floor. Unit 401 is PET FRIENDLY allowing you to bring you FURRY family member on vacation! There is a two-dog maximum per condo and a 20lb limit per dog. Pelican Walk HOA charges a $150 non-refundable pet fee for each pet. As a THANK YOU for booking Pelican Walk 401, the owner has included FREE Beach Chair and Umbrella service seasonally March through October! (Valued at a $50 per day savings vs renting them through the beach vendor on the beach!)

This updated condo is perfect for families and you can even bring your fur-babies! The living area and dining areas offer beautiful beach and Gulf views. The Gulf Front wrap-around balcony is the perfect spot to watch kids play in the east side pool or sit and relax! Pelican Walk 401 has a king bed in the master bedroom, with a private balcony, and features an adjoining Bathroom with a NEW oversized custom tile Shower! The second bedroom has a king bed and also adjoins the newly updated bathroom with oversized custom tile shower. The third bedroom has (2) two full size beds and has an adjoining bathroom with NEW custom tile shower. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living area.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals in the condo. All linens are provided, and there is a washer & dryer in the condo! Dining out? Just across the street is Gypsea Crepes, Waffle House, and Outlaw’s BBQ! PCB's local hot spots; Hershey's Beach Ice Cream, Schooners, Capt. Jack's Crab Leg's Buffet, and Captain Anderson's are all just 1-2 miles away. Pelican Walk's location is convenient to so much Family Fun, fishing, pontoon rentals, mini-golf, race-cars, etc.!

Pelican Walk is located Right on the GULF of Mexico! Guest have access to two private pools, two outdoor grilling areas, FREE Wifi, FREE parking (golf carts allowed), tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard, racquetball, a unique hot tub atrium, and more! Baby gear available upon request: pack-n-play, high chair, car seats, etc.

Could be a nice place

Mold in the bathroom (which I cleaned some of it up myself); did not feel safe in the neighborhood; there was no security at any time. Gates to the beach were left open, no codes needed. The dog walk area is a good distance from the condo. The washer broke down. Help was sent immediately upon our contact. The smaller bathroom could use some better lighting. We found the "smart" tv's were not so smart. Even our techy son could not get them working correctly. We found it strange that the 2 master suites shared a bathroom. Never have seen that before! In the long run, our grands had a grand time & that is what was most important. However, I doubt we'll stay at this particular location again.

Maybe I'm just TOO Old ..?

Unit 402 has terrible "unit cleaners!" The floors hadn't been cleaned all that well -- some sand still there from previous renters? -- nor did it appear the linens had been changed -- there were hairs and grit on one bed, sand on others. The Unit smelled nice! Coffee Pot stopped working after one use. Toaster burnt the food at the lowest setting. The worst TV setup was in the living room. Bedrooms had nice TV setups! Living room furniture was pretty uncomfortable, even though it looked nice. The unit has no sunset view -- one of the things I happen to LOVE about Florida. Upon arrival, I was told the unit wasn't ready. They said it would be 45 minutes. They'd call. 4 hours later, I went back to the office and was told, "that's a privately owned unit and they had no information on it." They couldn't have told me this when we arrived? I was so ready and glad to be home!

Extremely easy check in process. The room was as advertised. Extremely well kept and clean.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was great. Gorgeous views. Short distance from the beach. Management was extremely responsive to inquiries/requests. We will definitely stay here again.

Great quiet beach getaway

Condo was large, clean and comfortable. Owner was very nice and available. Chairs and umbrella on the beach was a huge bonus. Panama City is still in the process of emerging from Covid lockdown, but we had a very nice time.

Very pleasant

The property owner Was so nice. The condo was very clean. We also come prepared to deep clean when we rent a pet friendly condo you could not tell it was pet friendly except for the netting that was in place on the deck to protect our small dogs. We usually bring our own netting so this was a plus for us. The condo was very comfortable.

Great area, close to the beach, tons of room.

Condo was perfect for the price. It’s on the 4th floor, so easy to use the stairs if elevator is busy. 2 pools so never crowded. Close to the beach. The condo is a little outdated, but TONS of room. We had two couples and 3 kids and still had plenty of room. Great experience.

Great location, wonderful owner

The owner is very nice and responded very promptly. The condo is very well equipped it accommodated our family of 6 very nicely. It is in a great location, close to everything but not so close to have all the hustle bustle, we had a very relaxing stay. We will stay again on our next trip to PCB.

Perfect location!

This condo was absolutely perfect for us. We expected more family to come but with them backing out, everyone had their room. We loved waking up to the sound of the beach. There were chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards for us to use. The condo came with a set of lounge chairs stationed on the beach- which were very comfortable. I liked that it was a smaller condo and we got to know some of the other guests staying. The location is perfect because you are close to everything but not in the middle of the intersections were traffic is heavy. We would most definitely stay here again.

Pelican Walk is a very nice facility, located on beautifull white sand beach and gulf .

We stayed in unit 401. Unit was clean , the décor had a sea side atmosphere, plenty of room, beautiful view of the gulf and white sandy beach. Condo was very well stocked so one could eat in or enjoy one of many fine restaurants in PCB. Ms. Vaughan was very helpful and made the process go smooth, she took care of any concern . We enjoyed the condo and Pelican Walk so much we have booked our stay there for 2018 already.
