Detta är en professionellt dekorerad, vacker lägenhet med 2 sovrum där den varma Florida solen och svala havbrisen väntar dig på denna tropiska lägenhet på tolfte våningen i tornet 1 på Long Beach Resort.

Denna lägenhet har utsikt över havet från vägg till vägg från alla rum i denna rymliga 1400 kvadratmeter reträtt, och med platsen för denna utväg är det bekvämt för allt från de fantastiska restaurangerna till en Super Walmart tvärs över gatan! Stor lagunpool (6800 kvm) med vattenfall, bubbelpooler, två polynesiska pooler (uppvärmd säsongsmässigt), bar och grill (säsongsöppen), vackert anlagda grunder, uthyrning av jet ski / paraplystol samt 24 timmars gated access och säkerhet.

Vardagsrummet har en 29-tums TV och DVD och en bäddsoffa i queen-size. Det finns en king size-säng i master sviten med 27'TV och DVD och två queen sängar i gäst sovrummet med en 21 'TV / DVD. Inga "motell vita" sängkläder i denna lägenhet, alla sängar har 400 räknar egyptisk bomull lakan! Varje sovrum har sitt eget privata badrum med dubbla fåfängar i marmor och ett stort badkar i marmorträdgård. Gå ut på din enorma privata balkong från både sovrum och vardagsrumsområde för att njuta av de lugnande ljuden i viken eller titta på en underbar florida solnedgång!

Din balkong har utsikt över 1300 fot av en privat, vit sandstrand med jet ski & paraply / stoluthyrning på plats. Detta är en icke-rökare, husdjur INTE tillåtna, och hyresgästen måste vara 25 eller äldre och ockupera enheten under hela hyresperioden.

Location is fantastic

Location and view were amazing. Could use a little updating. They had a full kitchen of cups/plates/Skillets etc. which was nice. Beds are firm. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious. Pools and the pool bar were nice and having two beach chairs and umbrella was also a plus. Pineapple Willys being next door was a hug plus as well.

First vacation ever and it did not disappoint!!!

We chose Panama City Beach for my 50th birthday and first ever vacation. Speaking with David left me feeling VERY comfortable after searching for a vacation home for this special trip. He was very informative and promptly answered any emails and questions I had. Upon arrival, check in was super easy. We were impressed with the condo. The condo looked exactly like pictures in the listing. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The appliances worked great! I loved having a washer and dryer and we used them often. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of extra linens and blankets if needed. The tub was AMAZING!!! If you want to relax, take a bath in that tub! The entire condo was extremely clean. The amenities were great! We frequented the tiki bar by the island pool and they have great food at an amazing price! The beach was great! The water was ok as it was kind of brownish from the hurricane the weeks before. The last day when we checked out, the ocean had went back to its bluish-green hue. I loved the floor to ceiling Windows. It was quite the view to wake up to. The staff on site, the other guests, and the security were all very nice. This condo made my 50th birthday a memorable one with everything I could ask for and more! Thank you David Dees for such an incredible experience! I hope to return in a yearly basis.

Disappointing

We didn't get to enter our condo until after 5pm and check in was at 4pm. The condo did not feel clean. The condo needs a lot of updating. The patio furniture was old. The pictures were definitely deceiving.

Fantastic views close to everything

Condo was just as described and as it was shown in pictures. Beautiful views from every room. The condo was much more spacious than ones we have rented in the past and we were amazed at how much room we had. Our only negativity is the upkeep of the condo. Overall, it needs some work to keep it in better condition. There were water spots on some of the ceiling tiles and the corners of the rooms (specifically the bathroom) were not as clean as the floor itself. Nothing a good scrubbing wouldn't solve. The paint trim and exterior doors need repainted as they show a lot of wear and rust. The tv in the spare bedroom didn't work the entire week and the oven took twice as long as expected to cook anything (meat, cookies, pizza rolls, etc). These are all things we overlook because we vacation for the view and the beach and not for the perfect condo, but they are things that should be addressed.

Nice visit

We had a good time, as usual, at Long Beach Resort. The 12th floor was a much nicer view than I was expecting. The patio/balcony area is more spacious than some other units we have stayed in. Very enjoyable. It was unfortunate that the pool and hot tub between towers 1 and 2 were closed for maintenance during our stay. This made the trek to the hot tub a bit more cumbersome than we would have liked.

5 STARS for owner and VRBO; 4 STARS for beach:(

The condo and owner were great. They both get 5 stars. I don’t know that we will visit Panama again. The last 3 times we have vacationed here we were not able to get in the ocean. The first time was due to a seaweed grass - it was horrible and the last two times were due to red tide. Fortunately, it did clear up by mid week so we were able to get in the last couple of days. And when we did, the water was wonderful. The bad thing about the water conditions is you have no idea when you book your rentals. I will never say never, but if we ever come back, I would book through VRBO and David Dees (the owner). My daughter and her in-laws stayed in David Dees other unit in Long Beach condos. He was wonderful to work with. VRBO is the only way to book a vacation!

Review of Panoramic Views

We love to stay at Long Beach. Love the location and pools. While we were there one of the elevators was not working properly. It was a little scary. The condo itself was very pretty in the living room and dining area. Trim needs a little paint touch up and definitely need to replace comforters and rugs in all areas. David Dees was great to work with. We loved the view. Condo looked just like the pictures. We would stay again!

Beautiful

This condo lives up to its description. Spacious and clean and had everything you might need. The location is great, close to shopping and a very short walk to Pineapple Willy’s and a few other beachfront restaurants. You will never tire of the view from the balcony!

It was just like the pictures show! Everything was great!

The place was just as described and shown in the pictures. We have stayed at Long Beach Resort for many, many years using Long Beach themselves and VRBO. The only negative thing I have to say is that the place is getting real out dated in alot of the condos now. =( On the 2nd day of our vacation, our door would not look at all and the "Manager" of the property was very nice, helpful, and gave us an alternative for the lock very quickly as to not interrupt out time and fixed the lock the next day. We were very pleased in the long run. =)
