✹ PARKING: Free parking is available within the resort. Paid parking is available off-site, should you need additional spaces.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed WiFi throughout the home, which reaches speeds up to 61 Mbps. A quiet workspace is available in the main living area.

✹ PETS: pets must be approved by the owner. The HOA restricts some breeds. Service animals are permitted on the property.

✹ COMMUNITY ACCESS: You will enjoy free access to all the community amenities, including a large pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard, ping pong, clubhouse, and BBQ grill area. The outdoor pool is available year-round, between 07:00 and 22:00.
