Stay right on the Gulf in this PET FRIENDLY! Beach Front 1 Bed - 2 Bath Condo! Enjoy FREE Beach Chair & Umbrella service (March through October) as a THANK YOU for Booking Unit 502!

Pelican Walk 502 is on the fifth floor and has a king bed in the master bedroom with an adjoining private master bath, a bathroom for guests, a fully equipped kitchen that opens to a combination dining/living area and a washer/dryer in the condo. The best part is the private Gulf front balcony, where breathtaking views of the beach and Gulf are on full display. Look out over the east side pool straight to the sugar white sand and turquoise water!

When you want to get out and about, it’s just a short stroll to shopping, dining, and entertainment in Panama City Beach. Pelican Walk is located on Thomas Drive close to all that PCB has to offer! Everything is with in a 2 mile cream, shopping, arcades, mini golf, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, golf, and so much more! Guests staying at Pelican Walk have access to numerous amenities: private beach access, two (2) swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, tennis courts, pickleball, racquetball, shuffleboard, pool table, gas and charcoal grill areas, and more!

Pelican Walk is one of the few PET FRIENDLY properties in Panama City Beach! The Pelican Walk Owner Association Pet Policy allows up to TWO (2) dogs per condo and each dog must weigh 20 lbs or under. All dogs must be registered upon arrival and each will be issued a Pelican Walk Leash Sleeve. *Pet fee is $150/pet per stay charged by the Pelican Walk Owners Association. Pet fee is non-refundable.

Gorgeous Beach

Condo was really comfortable and we enjoyed the balcony with a gorgeous view of the beach. There wasn’t much to do or walk to which we usually enjoy. Our biggest complaint and disgust was how dirty the floors, baseboards and under the bed and furniture were.

The best place in Florida

I love this condo. Cute, cozy and small. Very beautiful interior in a marine style. Incredible view of the ocean. This place is quiet, no one has ever made noise. Clean and beautiful beach. The stuff are very polite, keep the place clean. The pool is also very nice. My family and little dog live this place soo much. Only One con is a creaky sofa. But bed was so soft! I’ve already missed this place. Cecil Bragg is so polite and helpful! We will definitely come back. Thank you!

The Price is Right!

Everything was nice, clean and functional. We thoroughly enjoyed the smaller size of the complex and not having to wait on the elevator. The mattress however needs to be changes. On either sides, it seriously dips and our backs hurt every morning.

Nice property

We enjoyed our stay. The property was nice, our unit clean and updated. The owner, Cecil, communicated with me to make sure we got checked in ok. We took our little dog with us as the condo was pet friendly. The only thing we did not like which was not the fault of the owner or Pelican Walk is that dogs are not allowed on the beach other than the dog park by the pier which is very small.

Absolutely breathtaking

Very clean, exactly what we wanted. Away from hustle and bustle of everything. Only thing I was displeased about was no check out instructions. I had to get ahold of feint office as I had already begun washing towels and sheets for them to tell me they send everything off. But otherwise absolutely perfect. Will be back again.

Annual Vacation to PCB

We come to Pelican Walk every year and have never been disappointed. We love that it is a smaller complex and off the beaten path. You cannot ask for a better beachfront complex. We will back next year!

Wonderful Vacation!!

Very nice unit! Very roomy for a one bedroom condo!! Loved the ease of getting to the beach! Really nice grill area with tables. We were able to bring our fur baby! Really nice area for pets, very big and shaded with a bench. We enjoyed our stay!! Thank you!!

Beautifully furnished and stocked condo with great gulf front view. Very pleased with the condo unit and the condo resort. All were attractive, very clean and up to date. Booking and check in was a breeze. Will return again.

This condo was way better than described! Condo was very beautifully decorated and very clean. View was spectacular . The way the condo is set up you can't see very far to the right bc of other condos but the view ahead and to the left was amazing! Would would definately stay here again... On another note (not bad just info I wish I had known before arrival so I could have shopped prior instead of trying to fight Walmart after getting there) they only provide one roll of paper towels , one roll of toilet paper per each bathroom, one laundry detergent , and two dishwasher soap for dishwasher not liquid soap. So I suggest to bring extra so th don't have to run out like we did. Also I am very grateful for being allowed to bring my fur babies but they only have one area to take them to go potty and its in way front part of property so it was a lil bit of hassle and its infested with ants. I know we are outside but my baby would get covered everytime to the point she didn't want to go in there(she's a very spoiled 2 pound chihuahua lol) and when it rains the area floods. But like I said I'm not complaining.... We absolutely loved our stay!! I was actually skeptical about staying that far down Thomas I wanted in the middle of things but so glad we choose it! It wasn't so crazy and when we wanted to go to pier park and those crazy places we took Hwy 98 the back route and got there in no time! Also 5th floor was great for view.
