Perfect Floor GP 407. Largest Balcony, VIP Beach Service, Absolutely Fantastic!

Warren Beach Rentals is Proud to represent 1-407 Grand Panama. Beach service is included from Mid-March to Mid-October!

This condo is on premium low floor location, and has been meticulously curated and lovingly decorated.

This upscale 2br unit also has bunks in the hall nook so you can sleep 8 with no problem.

407 Grand Panama also offers daily VIP beach service, with 2 chairs and umbrella set up on the beach daily from Mid March through October ( a $400 value).

Condo features a gulf front living room and gulf front master that both open onto the largest balcony at Grand Panama. DIne al fresco on the outdoor lanai and still have room to lounge around with direct gulf front views of the gulf, sand, surf, pool, and hot tub.

The master bedroom offers a comfortable king bed, balcony access, flat screen TV, and ensuite bath the dual sinks, soaking tub, and separate shower.

The guest room features a queen bed, and adjacent access to the guest bath.

The entry hall also has a comfy bunk bed alcove perfect for kids or extra guests.

In the living room, a queen sofa sleeper along with a flat screen TV with balcony access and unlimited views awaits.

The kitchen is thoughtfully furnished with everything you for cooking in during your week at the beach. Granite countertops and updated appliances offer all of the modern conveniences you would expect.

Some house rules.

Must be 25 or older to book and adult over 25 must stay in the condo during the duration of the stay.

No party or college groups

No Smoking, Vaping, or Drug use

Pets (dog only) considered up to 25 lbs with the exception of emotional support pets. There is a $225 plus tax additional pet cost per dog and the pet must be registered in advance through the HOA. Grand Panama is the ONLY pet friendly modern condo on the gulf.

Grand Panama HOA additional costs: The resort cost is $55.00 The resort cost includes 1 parking pass and wristbands for everyone in your reservation 13 and older. Wristband replacement is $10.00. Motorcycle parking is $55.00. Trailer Parking is $55.00 (only during bike week). An additional parking pass can be purchased for $35.00 during registration. Only two parking passes are allowed per unit. Guests bringing a pet to a Pet Friendly unit must register the pet in guest registration system. Pet Sleeves are $50.00 per sleeve.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

The pics online will fool you! We had to clean the refrigerator once we got there, balcony was dirty, furniture is very old and worn out, and more. Won’t be back.

Nice stay on the beach

Nice property right on the beach. Beautiful balcony view and accommodations were perfect. Hard to find nice places that allows pets. That was the plus factor for us. The GP property itself not the unit management a bit strict on some things but nothing that wasn't a deal breaker. We would definitely come again.

The area is beautiful. The apartment is a good sized one for a group like ours of 6 people. The building is huge. Wait time for elevators can be an issue. Also you could hear noises coming from upstairs like kids running and moving furniture. One issue which is bot a deal breaker is the cleanliness with which we received the unit at checkin. Specially the kitchen countertops. Overall oir experience was good.

Comfortable Condo

Beautiful ocean front view, beds comfortable, kitchen well stocked with dishes/cookware, hairdryer in master bath, maintenence responded quickly twice for small repairs. Reported leak from shower in master; damage apparent on baseboard in living room that shower backs up against - damp & slight odor @ times. Unit will likely need to be out of use for a bit but we know these things happen & weren't upset by it. Slight noise from unit above in master bedroom.

Great condo!

Our stay was great overall, however the beds are as firm as concrete, the coffee pot maker is for 5 cups, and the resort elevators aren’t timely. The thermos kept reversing back to 76 randomly, and the doors weren’t being kept open. The condo was very clean and well furnished above the minor things listed.

Just okay

We have stayed at multiple different condos over the years coming to PCB. This condo was by far our least favorite. The pools were both closed the first 2 days of our trip and both were FREEZING once finally opened. Every bed in our condo was a solid rock, our 6 yr old couldn’t sleep on the top bunk because it was so hard. The sleeper sofa wouldn’t pull out and the pillows were flat as could be. I feel like the condo has potential but would definitely need better bed. It’s sad that you go on vacation and can’t sleep.

We’ve stayed at Grand Panama several times and love the property. This unit was very nice, on a lower floor, which makes it easy to take the stairs instead of waiting on elevators. Kitchen was well stocked . Mattresses were a little firmer then I like, but we slept well regardless:) Would come again

Great condo

Our family enjoyed our stay in this condo. The overall property was good. I feel like the condo itself could use some throw rugs inside on the tile floors in main hallway, living area and kitchen at least. The mattress in the smaller bedroom is extremely uncomfortable and it felt like we were sleeping on concrete floor. The elevator issue is more than aggravating, you will wait anywhere from 10-20 minutes or longer for an elevator. We took stairs when able, however had one person in our party in a wheelchair so stairs was not always an option. Not enough parking especially to load and unload for this size property. Condo was clean and furnished as to be expected. We had a minor issue when we first arrived with the air conditioner not cooling but someone came out quickly and resolved that issue for us! Over all we enjoyed our time and time spent with each other.

Amazing Vacation

Our unit on the 4th floor was perfect. The unit and property as a whole was extremely clean. The staff were very accommodating. Warren Beach Rental was just as amazing from check in to adding another day to checking out. I would definitely use them and stay at GPR again.

Loved our stay

We loved staying at this property. This condo has everything that you need to make it feel like you are at home . There are boogie boards an floats for the kids. The staff was always helpful when needed . Checking in an checking out was a breeze . Even though it rained all but one day we still enjoyed our time just relaxing on the oceanfront balcony. We will definitely be back in the future
