Amazing Family Vacation

Marisol Penthouse was huge and spacious with the best deck on the beach! It was clean, comfortable and welcoming! A wonderful place for our multi generational family along with my power wheelchair user husband! We all felt like we were at the top of the world! You will not be disappointed !

Great Location, spacious accommodations

We really enjoyed our family vacation in Panama City Beach! Appreciated the complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas. Condo location was great—amazing view from the balcony and layout of the condo was spacious for our family of 7 adults and 3 kids, ages 5,6 and 7. The kids loved the bunk room! Big disappointment was uncomfortable pillows in all bedrooms and dirty rug in living room. We did have some parking issues, someone parking in our assigned space and would have appreciated knowing that the Marisol lot across the street was first come first serve and not guaranteed.

Great place to stay

Highly recommend. It was very clean and well decorated. We loved it because it was a smaller high rise. The only thing we didn’t like was the parking. Parking very tight and only one space at building. We had to park second car across street and third car down the street at public parking. But we would not let that discourage us from staying here again. We will be back. Great family vacation

Well appointed rental with spectacular beach views.

Our family holiday gathering, was lots of fun staying in this spacious condo with beautiful beach front views. Unfortunately, some basic kitchen supplies could have improved the experience; like a complete set of silverware, a nonstick pan, and the refrigerator was set so cold that our salad dressing, milk and cucumbers were frozen. Also, the window in third king room was leaking so it was noisy and cold. Parking was insufficient as well because the handicapped space 'required' the red tag and the pay lot required the green tag, the second free space was not legal to park in w/o a tag so yet another couple had to pay $12/day to park despite hardly, anyone in the entire building. Otherwise, it was wonderful and we would certainly recommend this lovely condo.

Great Experience!

This property was just as amazing in person as it was online. The view was to die for and the property is well kept. It was safe for my 1 and 2 yr old to run around and overall, we had a great time as a family. Definitely on the list to stay again! Highly recommend!

Family vacation

We took our first whole family vacation here with our kids and grands (6 adults, 4 littles). The space was great in that it was large enough for us not to feel on top of each other but still very much together. Great view, great (not overly crowded) beach, easy beach chair reservation, easy building and condo access and parking, good amount of luggage carts. Good and kind communication with Peter from Four Stars beforehand. We had a few minor frustrations (several burned out bulbs and a tub handle that fell off) that were addressed and the space (mainly floors) did not feel overly clean. Terrible bath towels (think they were new and I’ve never ever seen towels with that much lint) and I was not a fan of the bedding. Overall wonderful and a truly magical week for our family.

This unit suits my family, with good layout of rooms to have privacy and also places to get together. Other than parking and maybe one more bathroom since the kids are older, this is an ideal place. Thank you, we enjoyed very much!

Photos not accurate - know issues not fixed

We just returned from our family trip to Florida. Before I post any review I think it is fair to seek your response. I see from previous reviews that you do respond to issues raised by guests. I will begin with the positive items: we thought the linens were great, beds/mattress were quality and there was sufficient glassware, dishes and cooking items for any meal preparations. We loved that there was a second refrigerator for beverages – that was a very nice touch. The double sinks in the bathrooms was also great for the number of guests. The beach service was good – once we learned how to use it (more on that later) and having 2 parking spaces was great as we had two vans with 12 guests. Great beach area that was organized and cleaned daily and good security. However, we think that there are any number of things that could have and should have been in order when we arrived. I read thru previous reviews and find that the broken hair dryer, lack of parking permits, lack of arm bands, problem furniture, lack of towel bars has been reported a number of times over the past year or more. While you list in your contract – just let us know and it will be corrected – it doesn’t seem to be the case. These items were reported several times and remain a problem. I am attaching pictures from the VRBO advertised and the reality of what is in the unit. The AMENITIES section lists a hot tub – not a whirlpool bathtub – they are not the same thing. No hot tube to be found. Pool is not heated but it also is shaded most of the day so the water is never swimming temp in these months and with no hot tub hardly as advertised. The living area shows the yellow chairs at the dining table, the white bar stools numbering 6, (there are only 4 green bar stools now) the recliner and a second table by the window with chairs. These are obviously very old photos on the VRBO site. The yellow dining chairs are in the unit but they are grubby and dirty with food stains and some the cushions are so poor you sink to the bottom. One of the replacement dining chairs is so rickety we removed it so someone didn’t get hurt. The green leather couch is thread bear at the ends and the recliner was not replaced but it remains in the photos. In the kitchen the coffee maker does not work. The Keurig was fine. Both the Keurig and the coffee maker were half full of water from some previous use - YUCK. Lord knows how long that had been sitting there. It is obvious that the

Very nice condo. Lots of room and a very nice master suite for the grandparents to enjoy!

The renting and paper work went very smooth. The only problem we had was the description said heated pool and it wasn’t. They don’t heat the pool in March is what we were told. The grandkids were not able to enjoy and this was one item that was important for our booking.

Family get together on Thanksgiving

Enjoyed property. Excellent location. Ant problem addressed and fixed immediately. Some furniture quite worn, recliner seat split, all in all it was very nice and worked out fine for 9 of our family. Gene Volk

Great October Getaway!

Incredible balcony and ocean view! Lots of room for everyone to feel they had their own space. Close to restaurants and shopping. Check in was easy and had no problems during our stay. Fun family get together!!
