Directly on the white sandy beach!
This is a separate and private lock-off beachfront facing Master Suite with a private balcony and very spacious private bathroom. Recently updated with apartment size fridge, cabinet with countertop, balcony bar table

This unit is great for a "Couple's Beach Getaway" or someone wanting to relax in a luxurious suite that offers serenity with its amazing Gulf views. The private balcony overlooks the M.B. Miller Pier and offers unobstructed views of the coastline to the West!

Our "Pier Serenity Studio", features a king size bed, flat screen TV with Direct TV cable, Roku streaming and free WiFi on the resort property and while out on the beach. There is an apartment size fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, ice maker, stovetop portable burner and electric skillet within the studio. Also, two folding beach chairs, umbrella, two beach/pool towels, cooler, to use on the beach during your stay.

Enjoy your day on the "widest area" of Beachfront in Panama City Beach! Private beach access and showers. If you choose, you can lounge around the bi-level pools that overlook the beach and pier.

Beach service chair rentals and watersport activity rentals are available with parasailing, jet ski's, and banana boat rides.

Fishing is permitted off the pier located next to the resort. The pier is also a great place to catch spectacular sunsets or enjoy the sunsets over the Gulf directly from your private balcony.

Beach view for the corner balcony was absolutely gorgeous. Kitchen was a two burner hot plate, microwave, toaster, full refrigerator and counter ice maker and coffee maker. The pools were very cold but the ocean was splendid.

Our stay at Dawn’s studio condo was an absolute dream, I genuinely cannot say enough good things about this place! The bed slept AMAZINGLY, so much so that my husband asked the name of the brand so that we can get the same one for our house. The location of Sterling Reef is absolutely perfect—pay the 3 to walk the pier! It’s such an underrated activity— we saw a sea turtle, dolphins, and a stingray on a random Thursday afternoon! The elevators can take a little time, but overall they were decent! The room and balcony are small, but Dawn has made sure you have every single thing you could ever need while you’re there for your stay! The size was perfect for my husband and I, and we cannot wait to come back and stay with Dawn’s Rentals!

Okay

Was a great place to stay and convenient for surrounding area for things to do. Elevator was put and even though i was yold day of check in felt like i should of been compensated some how. I know thos is not the host fault but felt someone should of compensated for the inconvenience. Supposed to be on vacation and packing bags up flights of stairs was horrible. Could of waited for Elevator but it was over an hour at times wait. Place was nice and quite though. Security was in force and looked out gor yhe guests best interest. I complained about yhe cleanliness but to my own fault didn't say anything cause i felt they should look at the okace before next guests enter. Overall it was okay.

Very beautiful location. Condo was very clean and accommodating. Ease entering the condo upon arrival. Only reason I didn’t give 5 was the elevators. They were not working well during our whole stay. Very frustrating. They were always packed and made going to the beach very difficult with anything to carry. The condo association needs to do something.

Dawn was awesome! The room 607A was great for two people and the price was good as well! Beautiful location and close to everything. Bed sleeps great. I have back problems and I rested great. Dawn went out of her way to make sure we had clean towels and chairs and umbrella for the beach as well. I must say it was the best trip we have taken to Panama City, FL.

Great oceanfront stay

This is the perfect unit for a couple. The sunsets from the balcony are fabulous! The unit was very clean and well stocked with everything you would need for a trip away. Dawn was super friendly and so easy to work with. We will absolutely be booking through her again!

I’m glad the listing was updated after our stay - additional parking fee & deposit hold on our account that was out without our warning was not fun. If we knew all that in advance, we wouldn’t have stayed there. We were in a big truck and finding out that not only we had to pay additional fee but then we were not sure if we’d even be able to get in there with our truck. We were told that you had to register to park but there was zero info about paying so much money to do that. And honestly from seeing all other guests in that building - we were questioning if anyone was even paying anything. We saw no workers, office was closed, really just felt that we were at a regular apartment building with access to the beach and pool. It was a quick stay for us - just 1 night so those additional fees were a bit too much. The owner was nice and accommodated early check in for us, and was responding to all questions pretty quickly. The room itself was nice, the only negative thing - it just felt like it wasn’t dusted and the flours were not very clean. But it wasn’t horrible. The bed was comfy, the bathroom and water pressure - great. Only two elevators for a pretty tall building so sometimes it took a while to get one. Pools are not heated so just fyi if you are planning to stay there any time soon. The view from the room is great. The balcony is tiny - what you see on the picture is what you get. But it is nice to have ocean view. Not sure we’d stay there again though.

We had a great time. The condo seemed pretty centrally located within PCB. Go one direction to Pier Park and go the other way for Schooners and such. The view from the condo was great, looking out over the ocean and the pier. Lastly, Dawn stayed in touch making sure everything was great.

Dusty Roach Motel

My sister & I were excited to spend a few days at the beach. We thought we'd found the perfect place on the beach that would lead to many more relaxing getaways. But we were mistaken. The host, Dawn, immediately reached out to me upon booking with an additional contract to sign. Later on, Dawn emailed the check-in information, informing us that check-in would be at 4 p.m. and parking was under the resort in any available space.The day we were to arrive, I received a text message from Dawn with a link informing me that check-in was moved to 2 p.m. and that I had to register my vehicle to avoid being towed. When I registered my vehicle, I was charged an additional 50.00 parking fee. I was not aware there would be a parking fee, nor was it included in the contract. We arrived later that evening, tired and ready to rest for a good night's sleep. The studio apartment was small and a bit dated. The bathroom was a good size, however, there was a lot of dust or water damage around the vent in the ceiling. Shortly after turning the lights on, we were met with roaches and dust around the bed on the walls. After killing a few roaches, we were not comfortable putting our things down for fear that roaches might crawl or fly into them. We never took our luggage off the cart. Additionally, the dust posed a problem with our allergies. Therefore, we decided to leave and go to a hotel. We could not stay here.
