Utsökt nytt hem i den prestigefyllda gated community of WaterSound Beach! Detta fantastiska hem har totalt 5 badrum med sovrum - 4 i huvudhuset och ett extra sovrum i vagnshuset. Main House har också en hiss och utsikt över viken från tornet. Listan över funktioner är oändliga och utformade för att maximera detta hem / utomhusanslutning. På insidan inkluderar de inre utrymmena otroliga ytor i alla valnötsgolv, bänkskivor i marmor och granit, anpassade trälister, återvunna balkar och Sub Zero & Wolf-apparater. Utanför finns det två fantastiska 8 'regnväggar som dramatiskt plaskar 10' ner i en överdimensionerad fyrkantig pool, tillsammans med många rymliga verandor där du kan koppla av. Huvudhuset har 2 fullt utrustade kök.

Denna strandsamhälle har ett nätverk av slingrande, träpromenader, broar och stigar som kopplar samman gemenskapens hem, stugor och bostadsrätter, och erbjuder perfekt bild av en i stort sett orörd och orolig sträcka av vit sandstrand.

Positives: Great location and beautiful house for large families. Great communication with property manager. Bonus that 4 bikes and cart come with house, though the bike lock code provided on check-in was not correct. Negatives; Very poorly equipped kitchen for such a nice house (had to buy a spatula and 2 dishtowels) and poorly equipped bathrooms (some rooms only had 1 bath towel); some broken fixtures; furniture was worn and looked like it had been rented; and upstairs drain on dishwasher/sink had a very strong and offensive foul sewer odor that could not be fixed despite prop manager sending cleaning tablets. I would rent this property again but be prepared to bring some of your own items that should otherwise be provided with such a premium property.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Our group of 10 enjoyed this beautiful and spacious home. The proximity to the beach was very walkable. The beach itself was very nice and not overcrowded. We initially had a few minor issues that we reached out to the property manager about. The property manager was prompt in her response and quickly addressed the issues which was much appreciated. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

Overall was a great trip in nice home. Few minor hiccups but owner was responsive in resolving. Kitchen could be stocked a little better. Felt like we had to go to other kitchens to gather items, although not the end of the world. Hooks in bathrooms would be nice to hang towels. Enjoyed our stay at this nice home!

Family vacation

Wonderful, comfortable home. Host was very helpful with special needs. Area is very beautiful and we would love to return. Excessive property and hoa rules tend to be confusing but we did not let that dampen our love for watersound.

Beautiful home

The home is spacious and beautiful. Batteries however were missing from all the remotes and we couldn’t watch TV . We bought batteries and then didn’t have any cable or streaming services so that was a problem. Also golf cart needs some maintenance it was not really running properly battery died quickly and wasn’t really dependable for travel to and from the beach.

Beautiful home in a great community

We rented this home for a getaway with our grown children and spouses with our grandson The home had lots of room for everyone to spread out and not be in each others way The beach is gorgeous! Close enough to everything!

Perfect home for families or couples

We had a two week stay in this gorgeous home. Having the bedrooms located on several floors , plus a carriage house, was very conducive to privacy and comfort. This house is a very short distance to the beach, which was the most uncrowded we have been to on 30a. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed. The crows nest has beautiful ocean views and is the perfect place to see the sunset. The Watersound neighborhood is gorgeous and would be hard to top! Highly recommend this gorgeous home!

Annual trip to 30A

The home and property are beautiful! However, there are WAY too many rules that you are not made aware of until 48 hours. It was difficult to enjoy ourselves in the home for fear of breaking a rule. There were some small itemsthat I shared in a personal email to the owner, who was great to work with.

Our family had a wonderful experience. The house with all its furnishings were fabulous.

I would recommend staying at this house. There is enough room accommodate 10 people comfortably. The beach is close by and the view is spectacular. There is also a large pool close to the house. There are many wonderful restaurants and stores near by.

The house needs a HUGE UPDATE of Furniture , TV's ,blankets, no towel racks, and wine glasses are terrible. Holes in the ceiling and walls. Furniture is ripped stained and old. The bed needs a new mattress and the floor rugs are horrible. This house really needs a 75 inch TV and wires need to be closed off and not exposed very disappointing

Beautiful home perfect location!

My family has been staying in Water Sound for the past 8 years and we LOVED the location of this house. We range in age from 7 to 82 so we all keep different schedules. The ease of the golf cart is always nice but being able to walk out the front door and down the boardwalk was wonderful for all of us when we needed to come back and forth. The neighborhood pool is also right around the corner. The beds were comfortable and the linens were nice. The floor plan worked well for us. We used the main kitchen for meals and hanging out and the pool kitchen as a grab and go/cooler filler station. The kitchen was well stocked and we really enjoyed having 2 dishwashers. The pool is shady in the afternoon which was wonderful after being on the beach all day. When everyone was picking rooms we made sure my father in law was on the same level as the large kitchen (2nd floor). This way he only had to go up and down the steps when he was leaving in the morning and coming back after sunset. He did not mind the steps and he could have always used the elevator. Renting directly from the homeowner was such a better experience for us. The communication was always quick, pleasant and they followed up. We loved it and plan on renting the home again.

Great property!

This couldn’t have been a better set up for us. The house was very clean and a great lay out. The neighborhood is amazing with great amenities and the beach is gorgeous. With the big chill down the street and the other beach towns within easy biking distance, we were able to bike every morning and then spend the rest of the day relaxing on the beach!

Wonderful Stay!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property! Not only is the house fantastic, but so is the location. We were debating between booking this house and one in a different neighborhood directly on the beach, and we couldn’t be more pleased with our decision! We had one issue (coffee maker carafe missing), and the owner replaced right away. The golf cart was used often and was super convenient for both the beach and Bruno’s Pizza (which is delightful!). Family loved having coffee and happy hour up top on the watch tower…plenty of chairs and ocean views. The elevator worked great for those who need it. The only thing that was a little inconvenient is that when dining or hanging out in the kitchen/main living area, the only bathroom on that floor is inside the bedroom on that floor. Not a big deal for us because we are a close/easy going family, but might be for others. The other thing that was hard to know for sure in advance having never been to the area….the beach is awesome! May not be this way all summer, but for us it was not that busy, super convenient. Only one row of chairs. We booked thru La Dolce Vita and had great service. Also highly recommend Dan Castles if you want some sand castle lessons for the family :)
