  • Nytt för 2018, ägaren har målade och ersatt all hårdvara. Ny inredning och några möbler tillsammans med ny belysning. Denna Treasure Island 19: e våningen 3 sovrum 2 badrum har en av de största wrap runt balkonger med utsikt över havet i alla lägenheter i Panama City Beach.
    Denna lägenhet är förmodligen den trevligaste 3 sovrum på hela komplexet.
    Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng och en stor platt-tv och havsutsikt och balkong.
    Det andra sovrummet har en king size-säng och en platt-TV och tillgång till balkong och utsikt över lagunen och Treasure Island Marina-området.
    Det tredje sovrummet har en king size-säng och en platt-TV och tillgång till balkong och utsikt över lagunen och Treasure Island Marina-området.
    Vardagsrummet har 2 utdragbara soffor en 55-tums platt-TV på väggen och balkong tillgång till havsutsikt.
    Omslaget runt balkongen från denna 19: e våningen ger förmodligen den bästa utsikten i hela Panama City Beach. Från framsidan av lägenheten kan du se havet och längs kusten till väst inklusive solnedgången. Från den östra sidan av denna lägenhet inklusive wrap kring balkongen har du den bästa utsikten över St Andrews State Park och bryggorna och passet där båtarna kommer i varje dag. Nästan alla andra lägenheter har bara utsikt över havet rakt fram.
    Treasure Isalnd front office tar ut en engångsavgift på 20 $ per lägenhet vid ankomst för parkeringspass och poolband.
    Treasure Island har implementerat en ny parkeringspolicy som påverkar extra fordonsparkering. Om du tar med mer än 2 fordon, tar anläggningen nu en parkeringsavgift på $ 100 per extra fordon där det finns plats. Great Stay with Gorgeous Views and Easy Access!

We had a great week's stay at Treasure Island! The condo was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. Check-in was a breeze, and the management company communicated clearly throughout the process. The space was well-maintained, though a few minor details could’ve been a little cleaner. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Amazing view, very comfortable , my mother needed a step stool to get into bed. My only complaint is the floors were very dirty from day one. You could not walk in your socks without them getting black. We have stayed here before and this was the first time we have experienced the dirty floors

Been staying at Treasure Island for many years. To us the Lower Grand Lagoon area can’t be beat. This unit did not disappoint and will consider it for future annual trips.

Birthday trip

There are not enough adjectives to describe how wonderful this rental property is. We have stayed at Treasure Island four times, and we absolutely love the complex and the general area much better than buildings further west. This was our first experience with a corner unit and hopefully not our last. The panoramic view was amazing, truly beyond words. The condo, itself, was spotless and all of the appliances, utilities, and extras were updated and in perfect working condition. This condo left us wanting or needing anything more.

Filthy!

The condo is beautiful and spacious but very dirty. Dust was on everything, sand was on entire floor and under the rugs, shards of glass were on one of the bedroom floors, drops of something brown were scattered throughout the living room floor. However, we still enjoyed our stay!

Awesome!

The listing for this property seemed too good to be true at this price point. But it was even better than the pictures! We had a fabulous Christmas in this spectacular condo. Two tiny recommendations....I must have missed that only starting supplies would be provided. Doordash for that! The comforters on the beds were worn but we got more bedding when people were available on Monday. We checked in late Saturday.

I has this condo booked since February we were supposed to arrive April 17th. They call me 15 hours before my flight to tell me my condo isn’t available. I was so upset and angry because our other family had booked at the same place so we could vacation together well we had to go to a whole other condo because ours wasn’t available. At first glance the condo was perfect, but upon closer inspection there was food under the chairs and the mattress on the pull out couch was covered in black mildew. I called the rental company and they delivered a new air mattress the same day. They also sent the cleaning company back the next morning to clean again. After these issues were resolved we enjoyed our stay a lot. I also asked for a broom and mop set that they delivered with the air mattress. All issues I had were promptly addressed but it’s a little irritating to deal with these issues at all when you’re on vacation.

Disappointed

The condo would be nice if it were cleaner. Under the beds were filthy. Supposedly it had clean sheets but in one of the beds we found a vape pen. If the sheets had been clean then I don’t think we would have found that. 2 of the 3 mattresses were very uncomfortable. Base boards were very nasty and I had to clean the bathtub because it obviously had not been cleaned.the kitchen is not stocked well. The condo grounds were nice and the pool area was very nice. We enjoyed the area because it wasn’t as crowded. We just wished the condo had been cleaner and we would have given it a better rating.

Amazing location, needs a good clean and paint job

Pros: We stayed here the week of Thanksgiving and being right on the beach cannot be beat. The view from the balcony is incredible. We saw lots of shark, stingray and dolphins! Cons: It definitely could use a good deep cleaning. There was grime in the showers. All the baseboards were grimy as well. Several broken chairs and lights that didn’t work. The kitchen is not well stocked at all especially for a property this size. There were multiple pillows with no pillowcases. The whole place needs some paint as the walls have lots of stains. I would’ve expected a lot more for the price we paid.

Condo was nice but not clean, saw a cockroach in the kitchen, spiderwebs beside the bedside table in master bedroom with bugs/spiders in, and needs general maintenance. The hall bath door almost off hinges. The master bath shower was nice but had no safety handles anywhere. We ask in the office for a shower chair (as we had an amputee in our party) but couldn't get one, had to buy one! I don't know if they couldn't or wouldn't provide one. They provided very cheap armbands and expect you to keep them for your entire stay or you weren't allowed access to pool and beach areas! Upgrade your armbands! Mostly a nice stay.
