Regency Towers Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was great! The condo was spacious and nice and was located in a great spot a little bit away from the busiest areas. The only issue was the main elevator kept going out of service multiple times during the week.

Overall we had a great stay. We had a few issues that we talked with the host about, however it was towards the end of our stay that things were finally being done about the issues. We will definitely give them another chance though.

Do not book through VRBO, they do absolutely nothing for you, just charge a fee to book through them. Always book directly through the place you want to stay. As far as regency towers, it’s an ok place to stay, safe, secure, and decently priced. Unfortunately their elevators stayed broken more than they stayed working during our stay and the amount of maintenance ongoing was a little much for peak season. I know maintenance needs to be done on properties but the stuff they were doing were things that could have been done during the off season in my opinion.

Dirty condo, holes in the 2nd bedroom wall where the curtain rods go. Horrible smell as we walked in. Dirty knives and silverware. The couch and love seat were so dirty I had to put blankets down. The balcony mat was filthy and mushy. The tv in the bedroom was on a make-shift stand inside an armoire that is falling apart. The vents in both bathrooms were covered in mold. Just highly disappointed all around. We've been going to PCB and Destin for over 10yrs and by far the worst I've seen. Would not go back or recommend.

PBC2023

This was our absolute favorite place to stay. Nice, clean, and roomy condo. The location is perfect. AMAZING view! Big pools, and tiki bar with good food. Not as crowded on our side of town but easy to where you want to go. I will be booking again.

Spring Break

My friends and I (all 21+) stayed here for our spring break! It was a great location and so nice to have easy beach access. We are a chill group that just wanted to relax so this was perfect. There were a lot of families but that didn't bother us. Drinks at the bar was great and the apartment was very clean!

Panama City

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed. the property staff was very helpful and friendly. It was so nice having a bar and grill at the pool. The property also has grills at both ends of the condo units that we used several times. We definitely want to return to the Regency Towers.

Nice but needs a few updates

This room was nice, but needs a few updates. Regency towers needs an update as well. I’ve stayed here before. The room is larger than other condos, so that’s a plus! Pools were nice.

Is a fabulous home to unwind in

My 16yr old son and I took a well needed rest from the world and this place was perfect. All we need to bring was ourselves everything you need is already there. Did I mention you wake up every morning to the sounds smells and sights of the Gulf of Mexico. The pricing was one of the best at the time.. We will be back

There was a stain on one of the queen bed comforters. There was also mold in the shower. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and found the place very nice.

Pure bliss

I have visited Panama City once a year for the past several years. This condo was my absolute favorite stay so far. It had everything you'd need, it was very clean and quiet. Bikini bibs located at the pools was very convenient! You could see more wildlife in the water than you could other places since it's not a busy area!! Super close to st. Andrews! And the beach chairs and umbrella services was very handy!!! Thank you!!!

The pictures posted on VRBO when we booked were taken years ago. The unit is in need of freshening up. The elevators were a problem all week in that sometimes a unit would not be working which overloaded the other 2 units. Three elevators for 14 floors with approximately 26 rooms on each floor is not good when all three units are not working. We did Call about a shower not working correctly. Two maintenance personnel did come by to fix, but were not able to fix. We were told a Plumbing Company would be by to fix the next day. We had seen a notice in the elevators advising a water shutoff Thursday morning 7-11am. I did call to make sure Maintenance knew of the outage and to find out how this might affect the repairs by the plumbing company. ECDi Property management did respond to an email, but the shower still did not get fixed.
