Come relax at the Salty Shug! The Salty Shug is a cozy 2nd floor condo located in a quiet gated complex at Bonita Point with a well equipped kitchen, full size washer/dryer, balcony w/gas grill. There are 3 smart TV's with streaming capabilities. Master bedroom features a king bed, en-suite full bath and access to the balcony with gorgeous lagoon views. Use the roll down shade on the French doors, should you want to sleep late. Guest room features a comfy Queen bed. Both restrooms are equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash dispensers, soap & lotion and of course plenty of fluffy towels. Enjoy your morning coffee from the coffee bar with a starter supply of coffee pods. Peaceful mornings on the balcony listening to the birds sing and watching activity on the lagoon is a great way to start the day. You will find all you need in the kitchen should you decide the dine in or grill. The balcony closet is full of beach toys, 4 beach chairs, 4 beach towels and a wagon provided for your quick walk to the beach or relaxing poolside. Our beautiful Gulf of Mexico is just 2 blocks south...a quick 4 or 5 minute walk to be Beach Access 22 or 21. There is a dedicated crosswalk at Bonita Dr. & Thomas Dr. This location has many dining choices and activities within walking distance for all ages. We have a bicycle stand next to the building and our area has a 59% bikeable score! Also, there are bike rentals and golf cart rentals nearby....some with delivery & pick up services.
Please note this is a second floor condo, with NO elevator and ability to walk the stairs is a must. This is a wonderful quiet residential neighborhood. Please respect quiet times between 10p & 8a for our neighbors that are not on vacation. Use of the boathouse is not included.

Very nice!

The property is very spacious and the furniture was very comfy! It has nice appliances and lots of hot water. The pool is decent and the parking is convenient. It was located within a short walk of the beach and there were some amenities and activities close by. Most other things were only a short drive away.

The property was great and the condo we stayed in was absolutely perfect! The owner thought of every "little thing" and it was just like being at home. The only bad thing, and it had absolutely nothing to do with the condo itself or the owner, were the inconsiderate guests above us. They were so loud and it sounded like they were stomping and moving furniture around every night at 10:00 on. Otherwise, our stay was very delightful!

Great Family Summer Vacation

Me, my wife, & son stayed a little over a week, & we cant think of anything we would change. The rooms were extremely clean & organized. The deck was perfect for a quiet & relaxing evening, and the host left many games & beach equipment for use. This kept my family entertained for hours, even on the rainy days. We love getting away to the beach to unwind & this rental allowed us to do just that with everything we need.
