There will be times when individual units will be blocked from rental to facilitate this work. If the condo you have chosen becomes unavailable due to the construction project, we will offer you similar accommodations or refund your stay at our option. You may experience some noise during the day due to the construction. We have no control over the exact dates that construction will affect a particular unit. There's also shuffleboard court and a grilling area adjacent to the large beach side pool.
A 2 night minimum stay is required except during Summer.
Parking is limited to two spaces per condo. All vehicles must display a valid parking pass which must be purchased as soon as you arrive on site. Parking rules are strictly enforced by the Condo Association. Vehicles without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.
Minimum age to rent is 25. No smoking or vaping inside condo.
