Seychelles 205 | 2 Bed, 2 Bath

Please note:  The resort is Waterproofing and doing concrete Repairs to the walkways and building.  The project is ongoing through December 29th, 2025

Both front ramps will be blocked.   The stairs will remain open, and if anything needs to be rolled into the building, please use the 3rd-floor crosswalk.  205 is scheduled for 10/21 - 11/14  units are accessible; however, the balconies may be closed during the day while they are working on them, but will be reopened each day as they finish.

**Important** Registered guests must be at least 25 years old.  June 14th through July 26th. During this period, each unit is limited to one parking pass.

Welcome to Seychelles 205, Panama City Beach, 2 two-bedroom 2 two-bath condo that sleeps 5.  Seychelles has very few units with a beachfront master suite and that is what makes this unit so special!  With  FULL water views from your bed and access to the balcony.   ​Enjoy your morning coffee while overlooking the most beautiful beaches!!  Sip your favorite cocktail while watching the sunset. Being on the second floor, you feel as one with the pool and the sand and do not have to depend on elevators. ​ Seychelles is a smoke-free property. ​ Property amenities include: Two Pools, a Hot Tub, BBQ Grills, and Covered Parking, and is right next door to Schooner's Restaurant! ​  Perfect for 2 couples. We also have a pull-out sofa sleeper so you can comfortably sleep 6 people. Everything you need for a perfect vacation!

NOTE:

Per HOA, Blackout dates are dates that each unit is restricted to one vehicle being parked
on association property. This is designed to ensure each unit has access to a
parking spot as stated in the Declaration of Condominium. The 2024 Blackout
dates are listed below:

May 1 through July 27
August 27 through September 3
October- Sunday of Schooner’ LobsterFest, should it occur
**Extended Blackout dates are due to the garage repair work**

Communication with property manager was great. Lamps, coffee pot, refrigerator door were all in need of repair. No extra toilet paper or paper towels were provided and only 3 trash bags were provided for a week’s stay.

Great Layout and Location

would not recommend this place to anyone

Don't waste your time here. The condo is old, filthy, and not well-kept. The $190 housecleaning fee is a joke. Nothing about this condo was clean. We spent the first hour of our vacation trying to clean the place, It was difficult since the vacuum was broken, & we had to provide cleaning supplies.

Short stay

It was fine probably wouldn’t stay at that specific room longer than 3 nights. The room was a lot smaller than expected. The furniture in the living room was uncomfortable. But we spent most of our time on the beach.

AMAZING views!

We absolutely loved staying here! The views are amazing--literally steps from both a heated pool AND the beach. It was super easy to access parking, and to get in and out of the condo! Definitely will stay again.

Happy with everything about this vacation!

Our rental was so nice. Everything was very clean, which was awesome considering we have a 1 year old. This was the best property management group I’ve EVER rented through. I didn’t have to reach out for anything. I received multiple communications days leading up to the trip. Everyone was extremely nice and very responsive. Would love to book through them in the future.

Easily to rent. Clean and comfortable. Ocean front view. Resturant next door and one on the other side of next condo next door, makes for a great grab and drink. Short distance from multiple nice places to eat and shop without getting in the congestion of things. Will definitely rent here again!
