The RESORT - Grand Panama Beach Resort is one of the finest and most desired Luxury Beachfront Resorts in Panama City Beach. The Resort also boast some of the nicest amenities on the beach. Guests can enjoy the soft playing music throughout the entire grounds, while swimming at the pools or just hanging out on the pool deck and terrace. Guests can also enjoy the 2 Pools, 2 Hot Tubs, 2 Tiki Bars (with poolside food and beverages), which really sets this resort apart! Ice and snack vending machines are located on various floors and the lobby.

Our "Shore 2 Please" , unit with parking below is super convenient and located close to the elevators. Tower I is super nice but Tower II has most of the onsite amenities and is laid out in a larger and more grand fashion. Tower I guests also park at Tower II but have to go up to the 5th floor skywalk, push the cart over. Direct beach access is offered via the skybridge.

**Please note - Per Condo Association rules, only 2 parking passes are allowed for this unit**

Very clean and great location. Plenty of space. Really appreciated every room having its own bathroom. Lacking beach towels, but stores near by. Parking pass email and set up delay, but quickly resolved. Had a beautiful time.

Property was exactly as advertised. Situated on a quieter end of the strip, but still close to shops and restaurants, the property was very conveniently located. A well-stocked kitchen provided anything a guest could need. The floor plan maximized space so that guests could spread out in various rooms. Host was accommodating and easy to communicate with. The unit was clean upon arrival, and the only slight improvement would be the need for a deep clean (dust on towel racks and dirt on baseboards). Overall great experience!!

Short family get away

My family and my sisters family rented the condo. It was perfect for us. It fit everyone so well, everyone had a bed. Having multiple bathrooms was a huge plus when you have kids. The view was amazing, and the location was amazing. We had so much fun. The check in process was so simple and parking wasn’t too bad.. we definitely enjoyed our stay didn’t have any issues. We will definitely book this condo again thank you so much for making sure your condos are nice and inviting..and having the cart on the balcony for the beach was a huge plus it helped when carrying our things to the beach.

Excellent!!!!!!!

Perfect weekend getaway wished we could have stayed longer. We had 5 adults and never felt like we were on top of each other. Our Condo was very clean, easy access to everything, minimal wait time for elevators. Check in process was super easy. This place will be our first go to when booking our next vacation. My husband now doesn’t want to stay anywhere else in PCB! Thank you Dawn’s Rentals for allowing us to stay at your beautiful condo we couldn’t have asked for anything better.

Yuck - Healthy risk!!!

Absolute no go. Everywhere mold/mildew in all showers, AC and Washmachine. Bed was dirty - hair and sand! After complaining I didn’t get any response at all - absolute no go! No money back without using I lost more than 1600 Doller and no response at all. That is not the way how customer shoulb be treatet. Never ever again!

Good beach stay with friends

We stayed for a short weekend with friends! Not directly on the beach but easy to get to. Very clean with plenty of room. The host was super quick to respond and very kind! Lots of amenities within the complex which is always a plus!

Clean and comfortable

The worst thing was the lack of a view, and the tight conditions in the parking garage. The best thing was the condo and Dawn. It was just as described. When we had an issue with the washing machine, they fixed it immediately! I could stay there a month in the off season! As a senior, it was a good ways to the beach, but we expect that. We are not used to going in the middle of July, so the heat was really intense to us, but the grown kids and grandchildren seemed to have a terrific time!

Not as described.

We stayed here for 4 nights. Listing states there is a king bed, which is not accurate, and there are queen beds which also is not accurate. The beds are full size at best. My husband is 6'4 and couldnt fit on the bed, we picked this place soley on King bed availability. We also found sand and dirt in one of the beds which was VERY disappointing given the price and the hefty cleaning fee. The dryer in the unit for clothes barely dries and I found out why, the lint trap was PACKED with lint which I cleaned out (you're welcome). For what we paid, including a cleaning fee, I dont understand how we arrived to a dirty unit. I'm honestly disappointed because the reviews were so great but this unit is definitely not worth what we paid, on top of the additional registration and parking fees. Definitely will not stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay

We had a great time at this condo. I admit we thought this was a beachfront condo but it’s technically across the street. It really didn’t impact our stay though. You still get decent ocean views and it’s convenient enough to walk across the sky bridge to get to the beach (no need to deal with traffic) Tower II is also more accessible to the parking area which makes check in/out a bit easier. Property was nice, check in was easy. 5 adults and 1 2YO and we had plenty of space with everything we could need. We would book it again.. had a great time!

Loved the condo. Beautiful views. I got a a little confused thinking we were beach front, but it was all good. Floors were quite dirty, but Dawn was great to quickly get someone in to clean them while we enjoyed the beach. Thank you!
