Enjoy 2 Chairs & an Umbrella from March 15 to October 31!** Create wonderful memories at this spacious 2-bedroom condo, which features a bunkroom and 3 full baths, accommodating up to 8 guests. Recently remodeled, this unit combines luxury and comfort. Relax on the private balcony with views of the lagoon-style pool and the Gulf.

The beautifully decorated kitchen is equipped with brand-new appliances and stocked with dishware and cookware, along with small appliances like a Keurig, blender and toaster. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, the second master has a queen-size bed, and the bunkroom includes bunk beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom for convenience. The living room offers a queen sleeper sofa and a smart TV.

You’ll also find a laundry center with a full-size washer and dryer and a reserved parking space on the 8th floor of the Shores of Panama parking garage. Enjoy easy access to the beach and relax at the lagoon-style pool, which features a Tiki Bar offering food and drinks in the spring and summer.

Shores of Panama is the most luxurious resort in Panama City Beach, boasting a stunning lagoon-style pool, fountains, waterfalls, large jacuzzis, and a fitness center.

Condo 1519 is located on the 15th floor at Shores of Panama. The age requirement to rent this condo is 25. $100 Registration fee on-site.

ProsThis is a gorgeous unit and the owners were truly wonderful and attentive to our needs. Also everyone that works at Shores is kind and warm toward the guests, they were delightful. I give the unit and people 5 stars. ConsMy overall rating is only 3 stars. I did this for the following reasons (in no particular order):1. The parking deck is awful! Getting in and out of the condo was hazardous because of the design and the speeds people drive.2. There are only 6 small (12 person) elevators in the 700 unit building. This causes traffic jams all day and night and you spend a ridiculous amount of time waiting on elevators during your trip.3. We went in early Oct which is fall break time and it was super crowded! The beach was so unbearable that we skipped out on the last day and opted for the very crowded pool instead.4. It’s very loud. If you are a light sleeper, like I am, it will be tough on you. While Shores offers some great amenities like the beautiful pool and location, it is also equally full of negatives. It really just depends on what is important/unimportant to you and what time of year you will be going.

This was an amazing property to stay at! All pictures are accurate and such a large amount of room! There is hair dryers, washer and dryers! Be aware if you are staying at busy times of the year the elevators can take some time - nothing to do with the room! Since I am a mom I just want to let other moms know there is no pack and play so you will need to bring or rent one (none available on the property)

Awesome girls trip!

Our host, Farah was awesome. She was quick to resolve the issues we had and kept in communication with me the entire visit. The location had a few cosmetic things that needed to be addressed, but overall our stay was amazing. We will definitely stay again.

Off Season Trip

I will start off by stating the unit itself was fine and was as pictured. The king size bed, I’m not sure if it was mattress or box spring, but every time you got into the bed or every time you moved while in the bed it made a squeaking sound. The parking garage is huge. The parking space is up on the 8th floor so you will need to allow 5-10 minutes depending on time of day just to get out of the parking garage to get to the street. You have to pay 100 for wristbands to get onto the property and use its “amentities” and a parking pass. The wristbands don’t uphold very well at all, after day 1 we only had 2 wristbands out of 8 that worked. The host stated you can get additional wristbands, but we were never told that until after. Don’t forget to leave them on the counter when you leave or you’ll be charged more. The current listing states “ongoing construction” and is very vague as to what is actually happening. The huge pool in the pics is being worked on and is not usable (there’s not even water). The listing didn’t state if the lagoon pool was heated or not, but was what drew us to the unit itself, we were very disappointed it was closed. There were workers every morning sawing, hammering, and working on several balconies surrounding the unit. If you are laying in the chairs or in the hot tub during the day you are ensuring the noise and debris/dust floating arou. Walking around property grounds you are going under makeshift tunnels covered with plywood to protect you.

Labor Day Weekend

The room was great and the communication from the owner was, too. There was plenty of room for all of us and great views. Easy access to the beach and pool. However, the parking garage and elevators at the building will sadly make many not want to rent again. The parking garage isn’t built for more than one vehicle to come through at a time and it takes a while to get to the reserved parking spot. As in, I can walk to WalMart across the street faster than I could drive there. As far as the elevators, there aren’t near enough for a building that size. It takes 20 mins to catch an elevator and make it to the ground floor to go out to eat, to the pool/beach, etc. Leaving to check out took us 2 hours bc we had to go down separately while waiting on an elevator with enough room to fit the luggage cart. (There also aren’t enough luggage carts for a building of that size.) Several other vacationers stated the same about the elevators. Many were getting on any that had room whether they were going up or down because they didn’t know when the next one would come through. I’m sure the holiday weekend didn’t help but a condo this large should have more than 6 elevators. All in all, the room was great and we enjoyed our time. However, the parking garage and elevator situation overshadowed the rest of it unfortunately.

Perfect!!!

This unit was perfect for our family of 5 adults and one 6 year old. My grandson loved the bunk beds. Location was great!!! Beds were comfy. The pool was amazing!!! Highly recommended and would definitely book this one again. Communication with Farrah was outstanding!!! Only had one issue and maintenance was there quickly, with a smile and a quick fix.

Great family Spring Break

Took the family to PCB for Spring Break 2024. It was my wife, our 15 yo daughter, her friend and our son and his girlfriend who are 20. The property was managed very well especially for Spring Break time. Condo was exactly as described and shown in the photos. Location was great for walking places as well as just a short drive to other attractions.

Beautiful Condo

Property was as expected, nice condo and the outdoor pool area is beautiful!!! Perfect place to wake up Christmas morning with my husband and my kids. Great location in PCB! We would definitely stay here again in the off season, but would be hesitant to book this building in the busy summer months. If the building were full of guests I could see longer elevator wait times and the parking garage would be VERY tight if full of other cars. Overall a wonderful stay, I would recommend!

Great rental experience

Very pleased with this condo! My family and I vacation to Destin area each summer and have never been to PCB. A football event brought us here. It was wonderful! The condo was extremely clean and my wife loved the decor and furniture very eye appealing. Everything appeared to be well taken care of. Check-in process was extremely easy and the communication with the host was great from check-in to check-out. The pools were also very nice and well maintained. My only one area that could be improved is more with the entire condo..would be the parking garage it actually wasn’t much of an issue for us since it’s in middle of winter but can only imagine it would get pretty crazy at peak season. But it is nice having your own parking spot reserved it just takes a little time to get up to 8th floor to park and out again. Otherwise this stay was wonderful with the location and the pools everything is perfect. It really does give the impression of being at a tropical location. If we ever make our way back to PCB will def stay here again!

Great Condo, Lots of Space!

We stayed at this property in December for NYE. The location is great, lots of shopping, restaurants, and things to do very close by. The condo was amazing, exactly how it was listed. Plenty of room, very clean and well kept. Management was easy to get ahold of with questions, they even reached out during our stay to make sure all was well. Two downsides: the parking garage is awful, I cannot imagine having to navigate the garage (especially in a bigger vehicle, we have a suburban) during busy season. The property itself has a 10pm curfew where access to the beach is closed. My husband was asked to go back to our room at 10:05pm while he was trying to go to the beach for a late night walk. He was not being loud or disruptive just simply trying to get to the beach. I understand a curfew for kids/ teens and loud noise, but as an adult it seems unreasonable to not be allowed out of your condo after 10pm.
