Welcome to your perfect beachfront escape at Shores of Panama 1602! Located on the 16th floor, this 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers breathtaking Gulf views and resort-style amenities, making it an ideal getaway for families and small groups.

Step inside to find a spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom. A cozy alcove features a twin-over-twin bunk bed and its own bathroom with a shower, offering privacy and convenience. The living area includes a queen-size sleeper sofa for 2, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests.

Enjoy home-cooked meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with bar seating for 3 and a dining table for 4. The highlight of this condo is the private balcony, where you can take in breathtaking Gulf of Mexico views while sipping your morning coffee or watching the sunset.

This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected. Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with. This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.

Beautiful views, very nice condo

Beautiful views of the beach. This condo is on the outer end of the building allowing views of the beach for miles in all directions. We sat on patio every morning and throughout the day. The amenities of the condo were exactly what the description says. Thank you for our first experience at PCB being great!
