Not Honest Listing

The entire place was under construction and not disclosed until the day of arrival. Constant noise, odors, and water coming in from under the door and windows. It will be very nice once complete, but should not have been listed as it was - didn’t feel like a vacation.

Amazing

This visit was amazing. First time to Rosemary Beach and we were very impressed. The downtown area was a great stroll with many restaurants and a fun market on Sunday. Definitely worth a drive down 30A to see all the different communities/beaches. As for the unit - it was perfect - beautiful ocean views and sounds of the waves, immaculate and well stocked. Easy check-in and attentive hosts. Everything went great - would highly recommend!

Piece of Paradise

This was our first visit to Rosemary Beach (family of 4 with 2 teens); we absolutely LOVED it! The condo was perfect ... clean, beachy, comfortable and ... best of all ... that view! Amazing! We spent a lot of time at the beach, and in the evenings before dinner on the balcony enjoying the spectacular scene of the Gulf waters and white sugar sand. 30A Beach Girls were a breeze to work with from booking and check in and check out. Very attentive and helpful; something you don't find very often these days. They run a first-rate operation. We will be back!

Great Stay

Great Location, very good security (24/7 guard), beautiful unit with beautiful views. The pool, beachfront restaurant, and umbrella service on the beach were great. Host was very responsive and communicative. Unit was stocked with all essentials.

Sunsets galore.

Would definitely stay again at this updated condo with beautiful sunset and water views. Awesome kitchen, new baths. Great patio where you can sit ad listen to the waves. Don't hesitate to book! The 30a beach girls were super easy to reach and communicate with. Made the whole process seamless!

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit. It is nicely located along 30A. The view was beautiful! The unit is on the 2nd floor and was an easy in & out. Communications with property manager were great. It appears newly renovated and was very comfortable. Hopefully maintenance and housekeeping will keep it looking good. That is always the downfall of a nice place. I suggest housekeeping in the complex tamp down on the artificial deodorizers...I couldn't handle the elevator it was sooooooo STRONG. I do suggest a a cleaning out of kitchen drawers - crumbs and stuff in them

Perfect Winter Getaway

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful time at this beautiful beach condo. It was extremely comfortable and very clean. We were able to walk the beach and collect seashells, and play cards cards on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Heidi was incredibly helpful in making our stay one of our favorite vacations ever. We will be back for sure!!!

Hidden Gem

Tucked between Alys and Rosemary Beaches, High Pointe is perfectly located. And then there’s there the gulf...right in front of us. Newly or recently redone, every thing looks fresh and clean. We could not have been more pleased

The best possible beach get away

We booked this property last minute and couldn't have had a better experience. The condo is newly updated and very comfortable. The location is perfect with plenty of dining options and shopping options near by. The property security is friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely fantastic!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. This was our first getaway with our baby. We were super nervous about taking him out of his comfort zone and into a new environment. We could not have been more pleased with how comfortable and welcoming the condo was. As such, he wasn't even phased that he was somewhere completely different! Hollie was BEYOND accommodating. We had some unusual situations pop up (due to travel) and she worked with us each time. Being as nervous as I was to take our baby somewhere new, I contacted Hollie a ton (probably too much) but she was so friendly and understanding each time. When we arrived at the condo, she had cookies, wine, and flowers waiting. Who else does that?! What a special touch! The condo was totally clean and well stocked. We will definitely come back and stay!

Beautiful view!

We loved the view from this residence. The layout is perfect with the master and entire living space facing the gulf. The condo's large glass doors and windows have nothing to obstruct the ocean scenery. We received prompt service when contacting Paul. Hoping to go back soon!

Beautiful Ocean view

We really enjoyed waking up to sit on the balcony with our coffee and watching the waves. Great sunsets too. Easy walking to the nearby small town center with some shops and several great restaurants. Played tennis on their clay tennis courts which were in pretty good shape. The property manager was great and brought us over some tennis balls he had rather than having us go into town to purchase some. We rented bikes from the town center. Overall great!

Beautiful stay @ Rosemary Beach

This was a great place! The picts don’t do it justice. Lovely decor, great beach view, & beach accessibility. Towels need to be a little fresher, & patio door was sooo hard to open. I almost couldn’t open it by myself! Otherwise 5 star all the way!!! Also it would be good to send a single paragraph before check-in in bold print w gate access & room key number very obviously packaged in one e-mail for easy obvious reference. 3 minor things. Absolutely would come back & have already recommended to a friend😃
