Welcome to Majestic Beach Towers 1-2002 – Stay Salty! This stunning Gulf-front condo on the 20th floor offers breathtaking views of emerald waters and sugar-white sand beaches. Designed for both comfort and style, this 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat sleeps up to 10 guests. The master suite features a king bed, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and garden tub. A second king bedroom also boasts an ensuite bath, while the third bedroom offers a queen bed and the fourth bedroom includes a full bed. For additional sleeping space, the living room features a queen sleeper sofa.

The fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining area make mealtime a delight, especially with panoramic Gulf views as your backdrop. After a sun-soaked day, unwind in the inviting living room or relax with a cup of coffee and a great book on the expansive balcony. A washer and dryer add extra convenience during your stay.

Built in 2005, Majestic Beach Resort is the perfect spot for active families, there is so much to do. The Resort offers 5 pools! You can soak up the sun in one of the two outdoor pools, one includes a kiddie pool, or get out of the sun and relax inside in one of the two heated indoor pools. Check out the on-site arcade and cool off or enjoy a tennis match on the tennis courts. Open seasonally, H2O Bar and Grill includes an outdoor pool bar and Gulf-front seating for lunch and dinner. You can wake up to freshly brewed Starbucks Coffee with breakfast pastries and muffins at the onsite market. For lunch, grab one of our hand-tossed salads or gourmet sandwiches. And for those who left something behind on their way to the beach, the market has pantry items and souvenirs, it’s a one-stop-shop. This property truly offers something for everyone!

Vehicle Registration is required before arrival. Guests will purchase their parking pass through the vehicle registration process. During Peak Season, Majestic Beach Resort allows guests to purchase ONE parking pass for 1 and 2 bedroom units. TWO parking passes may be purchased for 3 bedroom units. Public parking is available nearby for additional vehicles. In the off season, guests may purchase 2 parking passes for 1 and 2 bedroom units.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Dirty, poor customer service

We checked into the property on Saturday and it was dirty. Sand/dirt through out on the floors, mold in the master bath tub, hair and stains on the sheets in two of the beds that clearly were not changed. There was a large section of tile that had been tore up and piled in the closet in the kitchen. We laundered the sheets, swept and disinfected so that it was up to our standard and I sent an email to Realjoy with pictures of the condition we found the property. On Sunday water began to leak from the from the wall and puddle into the middle hallway. I called realjoy and the building management and told them this and made another complaint about the lack of cleanliness, at this point realjoy offered to send someone out to clean which wasn’t needed as we had already done it and the maintenance worker came out and placed towels for the leak. On Monday morning the leak was worse and workers were sent by both the building and by Realjoy. We were informed that they were aware of the tile being missing as well as the leak prior to our arrival. They set up a work area in the hallway. After 3 hours of phone tag we were contacted by Jonathon who offered us 200 dollars for the interruption. We reached an agreement of $600. However when I argued that $200 was an offensive amount he said “ma’am you’re free to leave at any time.” The take it or leave it attitude was the breaking point. I will never book with Realjoy again.

Majestic towers

The condo was amazing as was the view from 20th floor! My only issue was hot and unventilated elevators which were very slow and frankly not enough for everyone checking at one time. Only other issue was the inconvenient looong walk to get back to your car.

Family vacation

May 14-21 Tower 1. Our stay was amazing. Pros: on the beach, very clean, cozy condo. Cons: No instructions on where to put bagged trash throughout the week. We figured it out. SECURITY! Two nights in a row we had a man and women knock on our door and then ring the bell. Of course we didn’t answer the door. But I only saw security at the front lobby desk during the day. People can walk right off the street and go anywhere in the evening/night. Did not feel safe.
