The gourmet kitchen is on the first floor and has beautiful marble countertops and wooden accents through trey ceilings. There is seating for 11 at the island and a formal dining table to enjoy a meal together. The dining and living area have floor-to-ceiling windows and French doors that lead to the back patio. The second floor, which has a balcony overlooking the neighborhood, has additional guest rooms.
