  • Splash 103W is your dream beachfront getaway! First floor unit offers the ultimate coastal living with two bedrooms , two bathrooms, and a cozy bunk room ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay.
    The spacious master offers a king size bed with its own sliding glass door to wake up to the emerald blue water view. The en-suite bathroom offers a double vanity with a walk in shower and soaking tub for your relaxation. The second bedroom offers a king size bed for guest with a spacious closet. The bunk area offers custom bunk beds with a full on bottom and twin on top decorated in nautical theme. Guests will appreciate the convenience of second bathroom with a tub shower combo.
    One of the most convenient features of the unit is the washer/dryer allowing you to keep beach attire fresh and clean throughout your stay.
    Walking into the living area feels like you are in the beach The large living area has a sofa bed accommodating those extra guest if needed in queen size. A new wood table accommodates 4 people with additional seating at the island.
    The first floor unit offers a perfect blend of convenience and luxury for your beach front vacation. Splash offers a children's water park featuring the small slide and the giant bucket of water to splash on your head, or jump in the pool to cool off. A relaxing hot tub and lazy river for enjoyment. Additional fee at check in will need to be paid at the resort for parking and arm bands at the Welcome Center, that fee is $35 per vehicle.

The property was a great size for our family of 8 that came down! It was clean and updated. The view from the balcony was good! We enjoyed the pool/resort as a whole as well. Would stay here again!

The condo was spotless when we arrived, and the check-in directions were simple and easy to follow. We truly enjoyed our stay! While Splash itself had a few challenges, like long elevator wait times and limited pool seating during the busiest hours, the condo more than made up for it.The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and informative, making the entire experience stress-free. The location was perfect..we were just far enough from the busiest Panama City Beach hotspots to enjoy some peace and relaxation, but close enough to join in on the fun whenever we wanted.This trip was exactly what we needed before welcoming our newest little one. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone visiting Panama City Beach!

This condo was awesome!! It was Very clean, and has very comfortable beds. You have a awesome view from the balcony and living room. It has a lot of extras like beach towels and chairs to use. Has all the things you need for cooking. Splash resort is a paradise for young children with the 3 pools, lazy river and play area. Good food, ice cream and drinks at the coffee shop and poolside bar. I could go on and on. We will definitely be back!!

The unit was perfect for our family of 7. Spacious, clean, up to date. Amazing views of the beach. Host was awesome, she gave us some great recommendations for dinning. And communication was perfect! Will be booking here again!

The condo was perfect for our family of 4! It was updated and clean and so well stocked! The view was gorgeous and I spent a lot of time every morning and evening on the porch relaxing and reading. The host was so quick to respond and kind we would definitely rent from her again! Having the beach chairs and umbrellas set up for us each morning was amazing and they were right near the water. Some resorts have them far back, but this one did not. The children loved the pools and lazy river. They kept them pretty clean throughout the day. We are so happy with our experience and highly recommend staying with Diana.

The apartment was great! The patio was comfortable and had a perfect view of the ocean. Our family loved being able to easily get to the pools downstairs.
