The building also features waterfront positioning and direct beach access, putting the sugar-white sands of Panama City Beach just steps from the door. Air conditioning, heating, washer, and dryer are available in-unit.

The studio accommodates up to 2 guests and has 1 bathroom. Self check-in is available via keypad. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are permitted. There is no carbon monoxide detector on the property. There is no hair dryer available. Essentials are not provided - guests should bring or plan to purchase toiletries and basic supplies.
