Please be advised that Long Beach Resort will be undergoing a scheduled reconstruction project from August 4 through April 1. During this time, guests may experience limited access to balconies, pools, and parking areas, depending on the phase of construction.
• This unit specifically will not have balcony access from mid-December to mid-March.
• Loud construction noise should be expected throughout the entire project period.
We appreciate your understanding and patience as improvements are made to enhance the property. If you have any questions about how this may affect your stay, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Beach trip

Beautiful place but seemed like things were pretty worn; AC stopped working, disposal was broken, vacuum didn’t work so swept a lot of sand (our sand) from sandy beach, etc. The maintenance crew came right over and fixed things … so it wasn’t a big deal Location is great and a super nice beach. Someone should take an hour and check out the kitchen cupboard contents… kind of a mishmash of things. Overall, we had a great time here and enjoyed the property

My family and I arrived and were blown away with how gorgeous this unit was! The view was stunning! The kitchen was nice. The living and dinning areas were perfect for our family of 6. I LOVED the showers. They had two heads and were very spacious. Easy to enjoy a relaxing shower after a long beach day. I also loved that one room had a private balcony. It was great to enjoy the breezy night air and ocean sounds solo. The only cons were the air temp in the unit. The King bedroom stayed a bit warm. Also there were a lot of long hairs and dust on the furniture. The front door also did not open and close easily. We thought we closed it one evening and looked up to a family walking in as they were on the wrong floor. Take your muscles because they will be needed to open and close the door. Overall, we loved this stay and will definitely try to book with this host again.

Spacious, Beautiful Condo with Breathtaking Views

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, spacious condo at Long Beach Resort in Panama City Beach! The unit was clean, well-equipped, and perfect for our family. The layout was ideal—plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy, and the beachfront views were absolutely stunning.The resort itself was very family-friendly with great amenities, easy beach access, and a peaceful atmosphere. It exceeded our expectations in every way, and we couldn’t have asked for a better vacation experience.We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, scenic, and family-friendly getaway on the beach!

Great location and amazing unit

Had a great memorial day weekend. Super clean and open layout allowing whole family to use living room at the same time. Had few issues with beach chair service but property company assisted us with getting it situated. Far bedroom does not have a AC vent so got a little warm but with in room fan made it manageable. Front two rooms had amazing floor to ceiling windows with perfect views of the beach and ocean. Would highly recommend this unit for large groups.
