We provide a starter supply (Like hotel) of toilet paper, paper towel, soap, dish detergent and trash bags until you can go to the store.

We also have another unit right next door! If you have a large group and want to be close to your friends and family, please inquire for availability!

***NOTICE BEFORE BOOKING***Laketown Wharf Resort charges guests a one time amenity and parking fee of $70 for a one bedroom and $90 for a two bedroom, $120 for a three bedroom (plus tax and fees). PER RESERVATION, NOT PER PERSON. Upon booking, you will receive an email link to register all members of your party and pay the fee online prior to your arrival. Each member of your party must wear a wristband to access resort amenities throughout your stay. They accept Credit Card. The Resort fee is subject to change as it is set by the onsite HOA.

Parking Notes:
There is paid parking for 2 vehicles. Guest parking is designated to the North West Parking Deck. Two parking spaces are allowed per condo in the garage; parking is unassigned. Please display your parking pass in the windshield (visibly). Failure to display a valid parking pass could result in the car being towed.

This unit is across the street from the beach with 3 minute walk, private code access to the beach. Resort: 5 pools, 2 hot tubs, gym, and restaurants. This unit is across the street from famous Pineapple Willy's and across the street from Walmart. Many attractions and other restaurants within walking distance. This is an amazing condo with plenty of room for multiple families.

We will charge a fine and/or evict if caught smoking in the unit. If there is a smoke odor left behind, we will charge as well.

All refunds could be subject to a 10% processing fee depending on what platform you booked through. Any payments processed through Stripe will incur this expense, should a refund be requested.
