Tidewater är en av de nyaste orterna på Panama City Beach och är en stor familjeanläggning med massor för barn och vuxna att göra på egendom och i närheten. Det finns en filmteater på plats, Tiki Bar vid östra poolen, bar och restaurang på första våningen bästa träningsområde var som helst på stranden, gratis Wi-Fi i enheten, grillplats på plats. How do I even rate this

When we got there we checked in at the desk, I asked the lady if we could go to the room she said “I don’t know,” so I had to call the number on the text message and ask I was then told “If housekeeping has finished you can check in at 3:30.” We get up to the room housekeeping was coming out along with their two younger children who were eating chips. We walk in and there were Doritos on the kitchen floor. The couches were stained, two bar chairs were broken, the air wasn’t working which my husband called twice about, no one ever came to fix that. We found some fans two small white ones and a tall black fan which did NOT work. Our teens went to go to bed on the bunks and the top bunk was wet and had a yellow stain. The mattresses to the pullout couches were also stained. The refrigerator was not getting very cold until our last day there. The keurig stopped working so we had to buy a new one at Walmart for 58.00 which we left behind to help out the next group of renters. I text to let them know it had quit working and their response was “Well there is a 10 cup coffee pot you can use instead, sorry.” When I told the property management that our room was still dirty by the Doritos that were in our kitchen floor she said it was because we had checked in early and final inspection wasn’t able to be completed. Seems to us there should have been better communication with them and the check in desk. In all stay at your own risk!!

The furniture in the pics doesn’t exist. The couch was so nasty that they had to send someone to shampoo it during our stay. The floors were so dirty that they left my grand daughter’s feet black. Waiting on elevators was insane, 30-40 minute wait times. Security didn’t make people remove towels to “save” chairs at the pool, but definitely made sure to speak to us because we had an umbrella set up BEHIND their lounge chairs. People were running through breezeways and jumping in the elevator. This was far from a nice family oriented vacation spot.

Nice vacation home

Property was large enough for our family with room to spare, beautiful views. The pantry was dirty as were inside of most of the cabinetry throughout. Very few cooking utensils available. Add lots of cooking utensils and give the pantry and drawers a good scrub and it would be perfect!

Overall a good stay - but don’t recommend this unit.

This property served it purpose but don’t expect anything else. The furniture is stained and gross. The floors will leave the bottom of your feet black all week. Very limited kitchen utensils so don’t expect to fix meals in. The skillet needs thrown away. The third master is dark & feels like a dungeon. The bathroom in the third is super small and the shower water shoots through the shower door, so when you step out of the shower the floor has a puddle of water which has also caused black mold in that bathroom.

Cleanliness

This is a very nice condo but the owners need to fire the cleaning crew. Molded shower curtains, front of oven door filthy, cabinets and baseboards in bathrooms brown with dust. The main living area was clean. Broken dryer plug in one bathroom. Otherwise, I’d stay there again. Great outdoor furniture.

Family Get Together

We love staying at Tide Water. Have stayed there a few times for our yearly family get together. The Condo was great. Only problem I saw was there need to be a little year end Maintenance need to be done. Some of the lights were Flickering. And the floors were nasty. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Beautiful place to stay!

This condo was a lot bigger than I expected and the balcony was HUGE! We had the perfect view of the Ferris wheel and the pier on our balcony! I love that there are two huge pools. I will definitely be booking again.

Property was Ok at best, floors were not clean, reported many items broken or not working the first day and they came to somewhat repair them on our last day there, furniture outdated with many stains, beds were good. Still had a good time but will not stay in this room again. Not the room’s fault but will not stay at Tidewater anymore, second time staying here but the elevators are a complete nightmare. 30 minute wait between elevators if your lucky. Actually my family was stuck in elevator 7 for 30 minutes before management got them out!

READ ALL REVIEWS BEFORE BOOKING

I highly recommend reading all reviews for this unit before booking.. The entire unit needs some serious maintenance. The biggest issue that we had was the floors being completely disgusting. So bad that we had to wash our feet before bed. I honestly dont think they have EVER been mopped. I had my 7 month old with us and I didn't ever put her down on the floor - but, the couches didn't look much better. I recommend bringing extra laundry detergent because the more you find in the place, the dirtier everything feels. Overall our stay was amazing and the views were phenomenal. There was the air show during our stay and it was great viewing from the balcony. The company told me we could check in a couple hours early as long as I gave a 5 star review for customer service. We asked to stay an extra day and they asked if we would consider leaving a 5 star review and if I did, they wouldn't charge the credit card fee. The cleaning lady showed up on our original check out date and said she was never told we extended the stay. Also, I sent a long email with all concerns and NEVER heard from anyone.

Tide Waters

Tide Waters was very nice, with all the amenities. However, the actual condo we stayed in was not very clean, and needs lots of maintenance.

Good location, large condo

We were given three different door codes, the last one given didn't work so we had to look back at older emails and found a code that worked, this was at 11 pm. The garage gate code that we were given also didn't work, thank goodness some guy came in behind us and used his wristband to let us in. The furniture pics on the VRBO app aren't the same, different furniture and flooring. The ceiling light in the bedroom on the other side of the kitchen wall went on and off at its own leisure. Other than these few issues, we really enjoyed our stay and the condo!

First vrbo

Not as personal as renting from an individual but it was good. AC restricted to 73 as low as you can set it. Would have been nice to have it a little cooler. Housekeeping wasn't all that. We cleaned the place up when we got there and left it much better than when we got there. But it was vacation at the beach and overall not bad. Have stayed in much better at the tidewater and much worse too. My elderly mom and dad had a great time away and that's all that mattered. I'd give it a 6 to 7 out of 10 and I'd rent it again.
