Beach chairs are provided, but due to the potential of guests breaking chair(s) and not informing us a full set of 8+ beach chairs is not guaranteed. We visit the property 3-4 times a year and replace chairs as necessary.
Resort enforces a strict age policy. A 25-year-old must be present at all times.
During March-April (Spring Break), there must be one 25-year-old per two guests under 25.
Parking garage restrictions: No trailers, RVs, buses, golf carts, or oversized vehicles beyond designated areas. Roof luggage carriers must be removed before entry.
