Tillbringa din semester i komfort och stil p�� Long Beach Resort. Ligger på 1: a våningen i Tower 4, har denna lägenhet så mycket att erbjuda. Detta smakfullt inredda 750 kvm lägenhet är den rätta platsen för dig att komma undan och koppla av. Den rymliga balkongen är din egen privata strandnära oas där du kan njuta av ditt morgonkaffe, eller avsluta dagen med en trevlig glas chardonnay.

Gå till balkongen från sovrummet eller vardagsrummet. Båda rummen har golv till tak fönster för fantastisk utsikt över viken. Dessa lägenheter är en av ett fåtal som rymmer 6 personer med 2 queen sängar i sovrummet och en drottning bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. I badrummet finns en stor marmor trädgård badkar / dusch kombination och en separat omklädningsrum med dubbla fåfänglighet marmor så att alla har gott om utrymme att göra sig redo för stranden eller en kväll ut.

Vi vet att du inte kommer till stranden för att laga mat, men om du väljer att äta i, är köket välutrustat och lägenheten rymmer fyra vid matbordet och tre vid frukostbordet baren.

Long Beach Resort ligger direkt på Mexikanska golfen socker vita sandstränder. Anläggningen har 2 polynesiska pooler (säsong uppvärmd), 3 jacuzzi spa och en 6800 kvadratfot lagunpoolen komplett med palm öar, vattenfall och lummiga tropiska landskap och en säsongs bar vid poolen och grill.

Long Beach Resort har säkerhet 24 timmar om dygnet, 7 dagar i veckan. Parkering är direkt framför byggnaden - inte tvärs över gatan --not i ett höghus tätt radavstånd parkeringsgarage! Beach Service erbjuder hyror för stolar och parasoll, vattenskoter, para-segling, etc., om vädret tillåter.

Super-Wal-Mart, restauranger, shopping och Ripleys Tro det eller ej är inom gångavstånd. Golf, minigolf, Shipwreck Water, Pier Park utomhus köpcentret och teatrar, är bara en kort bilresa bort. Dessa lägenheter ger gratis wifi samt.

Detta är en icke-rökare lägenhet, är husdjur inte tillåtna, och hyresgästen måste vara 25 år eller äldre.

Excellent Stay!!

The condo was immaculate!! It was clean, and had everything! The bed was very comfortable, and the room was very spacious.We loved the location, because you could walk to anything you wanted, and had a beautiful view of the Gulf of America. Loved having pre-reserved chairs on the beach for us. That was a huge plus for us!Would DEFINITELY stay here again!!!

Annual getaway with my husband!

Great location, room was fabulous! The Hangout bar/grill at the main pool was amazing! Great food and drinks! Only problem we had was with chair service, told no chair number on Friday when we got there. Decided to sit closer to the water in our own chairs on Saturday. Went to confirm our chair number on Sunday because we wanted to use the umbrella however before we could sit and get situated another guy came and told us that was not our chair and asked us to move to the back row that didn’t have numbers on them … they seemed as if they were a mess and heard SEVERAL people talking about how un organized they were.

Overall I was very pleased with the property, it needed a couple repairs, the commode was running constantly and the ceiling fan in the living room did not work. It needed some cleaning but generally we enjoyed our stay. I was worried that the view would not be as good as it was. I think most people would enjoy the condo!

The amenities such as cookware and towels could be improved. A TV guide would have been helpful. Kim’s Condos was great to work with. We would stay there again due to the location on the beach and easy access to shopping and restaurants.

Little Slice of Paradise

We so enjoyed our stay in Tower 4 on Panama Beach. In almost every room you have a beach view. The balcony was such a comfortable outdoor space which is accessible from living room and bedroom. Kim was immediately on top of a couple of issues that arose with our stay, and we appreciated knowing someone cares! We plan to return to this special condo next time we visit Panama Beach!

Unit Needs Attention

Unit commode dirty, vents and ceiling fans dirty, all doors stained and need wiped. Very few cooking supplies. Overall needs a good deep cleaning! Disappointed!

This property was in a great location! We were very pleased with this stay! We have been to PCB 6 times and have never stayed at Long Beach but we both said we wouldn’t mind staying here again. We were on the first floor was was very convenient! The parking was perfect! The room was exactly like the pictures. Thanks for a great summer 2022 family trip!

I wanted to like it…

I hesitated to leave this review because I don’t like to tarnish businesses but here goes. We check in with security- who were all amazing. The parking lots are huge, I was towing a trailer with my golf cart and they were more than accommodating. We get into the room, at first it looks nice and smells nice. Great location on the first floor and a view to die for! The complex is well kept and has a bar and grille which we loved. After check in, My wife showered and within about 7 minutes she said that the shower turned cold. I went to check and it wasn’t just cold, it was freezing. Not a huge deal, maybe someone ran it out before we got there. I waited an hour to shower and I got about 5 minutes of Luke warm water to wash myself and 4 year old daughter. No fun. The bed was as hard as a brick - the sheets and pillow cases had what looked like mascara stains on them. The bed has some sort of plastic cover on it so we sweated all night because of it. There were black curly hairs stuck in the sheets and the towels. The towels were so small that my 120lb wife could barely wrap it around herself to dry off. The tub is covered in mildew/mold all around it. I would attach pictures if I could. The old popcorn ceiling has stains and is peeling off and falling in the floor throughout the unit. The curtains on the glass doors have black mold on them. There is a picture above the sink in the bathroom - stuck inside the picture between the glass is a dead roach. I had a maintenance guy check the water heater. He said that it was already cranked all the way up. We tried showering again, only 7 minutes of hot water. Our last night - the smoke detectors went off at 2am for no reason and woke us up. I went outside to see if it was the entire building or just us. It was just ours. I fanned the smoke detectors and they went off after about 10 minutes. Then I began to think that there may be a carbon monoxide issue since we don’t smoke, we were asleep, and there was no smoke in the unit. I opened the doors and we fell asleep. 4am - smoke detectors again. 6am smoke detectors. 9am we clean up and pack. 10:20am as we were walking out housekeeping says “y’all ain’t left yet?” I was exhausted and pi**ed off. I had a 10 hour drive after no sleep. When checking the check out sheet - they wanted all the linens stripped and in the washer, the dishes washed, garbage taken out, clean the whole unit. I felt like I was working. Not vacationing

First Time Best Time

My husband and I are from Seattle Washington. We have been working for years without a vacation. We chose Panama because we never vacationed there before. VRBO gave us the best experience ever. We were on the first floor on the beach. Condo was super neat super clean, with everything you would need in a home. Comfortable brand new bed in our unit. I really didn’t get out much because the unit was so calming, relaxing and peaceful, I just stayed on the balcony and later in the sun on the beach. I will be returning and hopefully that unit will be available. Thanks a million!!!!!

Molded bathtub and shower curtain

So I read in the reviews that the shower curtain was molded in which the owner responded saying it was fixed but it def was not. That bathroom is awful, shower curtain is older than me and the drain stopper is also full of black mold. We enjoyed our stay but this condo really needs some upgrading. It is very outdated to the point we hung out at our families other condo most of the time where the tv had Netflix and an actual selection of stuff to watch.

Nice stay

We had a great week at Long Beach Resort. Check in was easy as the parking pass had been mailed to us. The view is great from the balcony, and being on the 1st floor makes getting to beach easy. We felt like the condo needed a deep cleaning, though.

The couch is stained, and dirty. Refrigerator handles are falling apart. The property owner is rude!

The location of the property is perfect! However, the unit itself not so much. The couch is dirty and stained. The refrigerator door handles are falling apart. The bathtub had stains. The property owner is VERY rude! We had other friends staying at Long Beach and saw their condos, which were super nice and most importantly clean. I would stay at long beach resort again but I will not book through Kim's condos in the future.

Would definitely stay here again!

First time to PCB. Great condo located on 2nd floor with very easy access to parking, stairs, elevators (we didn’t use though), pool and beach access. The 2 queen beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Sand on floors but I would imagine it is very difficult to keep it out the rooms. Zero complaints! Kitchen could use some new pots/pans however the ones provided did not interfere with cooking each night. Contacted Kim a couple of times and she responded very quickly via email. These were not issues related to condo (requested to extend our stay, extr parking pass, etc). Overall, no complaints and will book again.
