The property has a large pool with plenty of lounge chairs to catch all the Florida rays if you so desire. Serene water views are available with kayak rentals, or you may want to try a paddleboat with your significant other. Challenge your family and friends on the tennis court before you check out all the outlet shopping!

Inside, the kitchenette has everything you need to make picnic snacks or meals for intimate dining. There's plenty of cupboard and drawer space to store your vacationing supplies. The bathroom has a spacious shower to ensure all the sunscreen comes off at the end of the day!

Nice place to stay. Convenient location. Only negative is no WiFi. As adults, not an issue. With kids and teens, definitely an issue. Other than that, 10/10 recommend.

Convenient location

With the description saying water view studio thought this would have some type of lake or beach view which it didn't. Its a nice 5 min walk to the beach. It has plenty of restaurants in walking distances. It close to the road so you can hear the cars from the apt. We enjoyed the pool and boat ramp. It was nice for our stay in PCB.

Overall, it was great; however the provided link didn't work to register the car and had to look it up. But the property did have the QR when you enter the property. It is all great because it was close to many things.

Felt more like renting from slum lord

Feel like the photos were misleading. Paint chipped walls, flooring coming apart, only view was of the highway, after staying we walked out with a bunch of bumps/ Bug bites. Overall not a good experience and do not recommend.

Great communication but roaches

The communication from the rental company was great. Multiple emails, a call the day of to ensure we had everything and to update us on check in time and text throughout our stay to ensure we were okay. There wasn’t printed check out instructions, wifi or location information. The unit and complex was cute for a weekend stay. But they have a MAJOR issue with roaches. As soon as we entered the unit we killed two roaches on the appliances and furniture. After about an hour, we found a roach on our bag. In the morning, a roach in our towelette bag. We killed 6-8 roaches over a one night stay. Would not be back to this unit.
