We stayed in this unit for 7 nights in June 2025. It was perfect for our family of 6 (4 adults/2 children). It was well stocked with cook wear, storage dishes - actually everything we needed throughout the unit. It was clean with modern appliances. We love this unit and can't wait to return. The pool deck was not overcrowded like some places we've stayed and we loved the large parking lot.

We have been staying at the Watercrest for over 20 years. We rented two condos for this vacation from 2 different owners. We found roaches soon after we arrived. I notified the owner through the app. They responded on Tuesday and said the building should take care of spraying but they would sent someone to spray. they did not. The roaches increased more and more every day. Over the trip we found 25-30 at least. In the kitchen - on the stovetop, sink and around the baseboards.They were in the master bedroom as well. The host would not respond to my messages on the app, I tried calling the phone number they supplied and left messages. No response. I sent an email explaining that I had to go out and buy my own bug spray and daily try to keep up with what new place the bugs were coming from. No one wants to cook in a roach infested kitchen so we had to eat out costing more money than cooking in. Finally 3 days later they respond and say that they had sprayed before we came but they would work with me on compensation. I asked for a 20% reduction which I thought was fair. No response again. I have tried multiple times to contact them again, but they have not returned my emails. I hate to leave a negative review but I don't want others to have a ruined vacation as we did. Do not rent from this company. The unit itself is fine, but the management is awful. I also reported the roach problem to the building office eventhough we did not rent from them hoping to stop it.

Our stay at this beautiful condo was amazing. It is located right on the beach, and really accessible to all that PCB has to offer. Everything about this place was top tier. My family and I would definitely stay again in the future.

My daughter got married in PCB and we stayed at Watercrest. We chose this condo because of the room it had for everyone. The view was perfect and the building is well maintained. This condo was a standout! It was clean and had all the amenities we needed! We will definitely pick Watercrest again!

We loved the property overall. It definitely needs a DEEP cleaning. The bathrooms were in significant need of a GOOD cleaning- showers especially. Would stay here again with proper cleaning.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Having the beach chairs was so nice! The condo did not disappoint - very roomy and beautiful views of the Gulf. Loved being out on the deck! The location was perfect - close enough to food but far enough from busy area. Beach was beautiful - of course! Bring your beach towels as we did not pack any and the condo did not provide.

My husband and I rented this condo for the week of Thanksgiving for ourselves and our parents. The condo was absolutely perfect! Each couple had ample privacy with a bathroom in each bedroom, the kitchen was perfect for cooking a big meal and the balcony had enough seating for everyone to enjoy the view. The complex is very well maintained. I will book this condo again!

We went to PCB for my daughters wedding. We had family, and lifelong friends with us. We all stayed at Watercrest so it was very convenient. Our unit provided plenty of space, beautiful views and having 3 bed and 3 bathrooms made our stay super comfy! Would definately rent here again.

Great location and gorgeous views. Just needs some improvements: the floors had sand all over them, the walls need to be cleaned and painted, kitchen cabinets needs to be cleaned and painted, the couch needs to be moved and swept/mopped under due to a lot of sand under them, the air vents needs to be cleaned, the ceiling tile in the bathroom needs to be replaced due to a leak. Extra toilet paper and trash bags and a rug in the living room would be helpful. Overall not a bad place to stay, would stay here again.

I don’t normally do reviews but this condo warrants one. We arrived on Saturday at around 3:30. Initially entering I could see it wasn’t very clean. There was food on the floor around the table and the rug in front of the sink was sopping wet. There was so much sand on the floor I was slipping with my shoes on. The guest bedroom with the queen beds had empty bags of snacks under the beds. The bathroom across the hall had a clogged tub drain and water was over your ankles when you showered. The towel bar fell off the wall when we tried to put a towel on it. The primary bedroom on the left side didn’t have clean sheets. This was discovered when we pulled back the sheets to go to bed and there was so much sand and a couple seashells. The primary on the right had mold in the shower. The lounge chair on the balcony had a massive hole in it as if someone had stood on it. We found underwear on the floor in the main area. The washer had active mold growing in it. I contacted Emerald Coast Destinations by email the next day (Sunday)and they did respond. They offered to have someone come to clean but we cleaned, laundered the bedding and unclogged the drain(lots of hair and sediment). They said they would contact maintenance for the other issues and get back to me. Monday mid day when the baby was napping a maintenance person did come unannounced and replaced the chair and put the towel bar back up. I truly am not that picky. This place was just crazy dirty.
