Watercrest 502- FREE Beach Chairs!

Watercrest will be replacing balcony railings and painting the beachside exterior of the building from October 1 2025 to March 14, 2026. During this time condos could have limited or no access to balconies while specific work is being completed. as outlined below for the condos we manage. **The resort pool will be closed from 01/01/2026- 03/02/2026. There is a chance it could face delays and not be reopened until 03/14/2026. The beach access will be open during the pool closure. The Hot Tub and Kiddie pool will be opened unless weather requires a closure due to paint overspray on windy days. It will be impossbile to know the schedule for these dates in advance. Our rates have been discounted during these windows to provide guest with an economical stay during construction.
Current Balcony Access Updates:
Watercrest 401. 901, 1201, 210, 510, 1510, 1710 - Balcony and Railing work has been completed and balcony access is now available effective November 15, 2025.
Watercrest 203, 209, 408, 502, 902, 1102, 1403, 1603, 1509 - Are all being worked on with completion date for access to balconies effective 01/12/2026.
Watercrest 207, 904, 1405 - Balconies will be closed effective 01/12/2026 until the balcony project is completed with anticipated completion date of 03/14/2026. We are striving to complete this work by 03/01/2026 but weather could play a factor in this.
Front of building Paint Dates 03/02/2026 to 05/24/226: This will not affect balconies or pool decks but construction noise will occur at times. Parking Overflow lot will be utltilized to accommodate guest vehicles.

We invite you to come enjoy this splendid 5th floor unit at Watercrest Condominiums. This spacious living area walks right out onto one of the best beach views you will find in PCB. Owners provide 2 person beach cabana chair with your rental. (Mid March thru October) The master bedroom features a king bed and access to private bathroom, along with access to the beach-side balcony. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a full bed, with the second bathroom directly adjacent to the room. The common area also features a sleeper sofa, allowing the unit to sleep 8 people total.

Why This Property? Watercrest 502 is a beautifully decorated 2 BR 2 BA Gulf of Mexico beachfront condo. Watercrest offers a heated pool during fall, winter and spring. The complex has a tennis court, pickle ball area, shuffleboard and bocce ball area. The hand ball court is currently closed until summer of 2025. Watercrest is located on the quiet side of Thomas drive and the complex has a Tiki Hut for snacks in the pool area that is open from Mid March to Late Sept.

The best restaurants in PCB are located within a short walk down the beach or a short car ride down Thomas Drive. Walking distance or a short drive to Schooner's, Alvins Island, Newby's in the Curve, Shoreshack Pizza and Patches restaurant.

Watercrest is located on the quiet end of PCB near the State Park and just steps from Schooner's which is the perfect lunch time or dinner destination when you need a break from the beach. Watercrest provides guest with large spacious beaches and the property will provide amenities that the entire family will enjoy.

The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.

The owners provide guest with a FREE 2 person cabana chair and umbrella on the beach for guest to use during their stay (Mid March - Late October only).

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
RentMyBeachPlace stocks a few essential items for you to utilize until you can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
