Starters - The condo will come with starters of the following items toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, hand soap, dishwasher pods, dishwashing liquid, laundry pods and dryer sheets.

The kitchen features white cabinets and stainless steel appliances. There is seating at the island bar and a dining room table with seating for four. In addition, the kitchen will have a standard coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes, glasses, dishware, flatware, cookware, cooking utensils, baking sheets, and a pizza pan.

Seychelles is one of the most sought-after resorts in Panama City Beach because of its clean and updated grounds and quieter location on the beach. The resort has two pools and one hot tub with plenty of pool deck seating to catch those PCB rays.

Perfect Place

Everything about the condo was exactly as listed. Very nice accommodations and the view of the gulf is beautiful! The elevators were super fast with no waiting at all. Easy loading and unloading from the parking garage. If we could make one request, it would be to add a Kuerig to the kitchen instead of the regular coffee pot. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place!♥️

value is great for the view

check in was easy. Kelly was super responsive. I've seen a lot of rentals that are very dirty but I felt like this place was properly cleaned. the views were amazing morning and night and it was very quiet. the ONLY reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the mattress was a little uncomfortable (I did not sleep well) and it was a little dated. (a hole in the wall in the kitchen and older decorations) However, this is a great value if you get nothing more than the view.

Nice PCB visit

This is a two part review (what the owner can control and tips for future travelers on items out of owner's control) The view is FANTASTIC! We could see rays and dolphins from the balcony. Owner Control: Communication: Top notch. Kelly was responsive and informative. Check-in: The listing says after 5PM, but on the day of arrival I received a notice that check in is guaranteed by 6PM. It wasn't an issue for us as the rental was ready at 5PM. Cleanliness: Upon entry, they unit smelled and looked clean. We did wipe the touch surfaces with clorox wipes and they didn't pick up much (if any) dirt. The place was clean with the exception of the sofas. I don't know if they were just stained but clean or dirty and stained, but it wasn't a good look. I would recommend future travelers take a large blanket/throw to put over them. We didn't and never sat on the sofas. Check-out: Again, the listing says before11AM, but the message from Kelly said 10AM firm. This wasn't an issue for us, so no big deal. Out of owner's control (tips for future travelers): Parking, Elevators, and luggage cart availability: No issues Pool Area: No issues to speak of, but there really isn't a lot of room for a lounge chair to overlook the beach. Beach Area: The area is clean, but cramped. The included chair/umbrella rental was fine other than you are within 2ft of the chair next to you. (forget any kind of distancing as recommended by signs in the elevator). This is not something the Kelly controls as it is a secondary service. I would recommend taking your own chairs/umbrella and moving down the beach if you want some space. General note: While this rental is non-smoking, the facility is not. There were multiple occasions where people were smoking on nearby balconies and it wasn't real pleasant on the rental balcony as a result. Kelly can't control this, but potential renters should be aware. Overall facility: No issues. You could tell it was being cleaned up daily and trash was picked up.

Needs work

The floors were not clean, the lint collector was lying in the dryer and would not stay in place and there was hair in the towels. The refrigerator was set on the coldest setting and never got really cold.

The Condo was in the perfect location. Away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to drive. Being right next to Schooners was a welcome plus. Love the Property manager - Kelli. She was quick to answer any questions we had and was extremely helpful! The property was very clean and had the most amazing view! Loved everything about the property!
