This beautiful condo is on the 18th floor of the Emerald Beach Resort in the heart of Panama City Beach, Florida. It has one bedroom and two full bathrooms (the master bath has a Garden tub), comfortably accommodating up to 6 people (preferable up to 3 adults). The condo has tile floor and recently updated furniture and appliances, such as sofa bed & love set, refrigerator & dishwasher, microwave oven & washer/dryer combo, TV (55" at the living room), king-size mattress, outdoor dining table and chairs, outdoor Adirondack chairs, Keurig-style coffer maker,.....

The host could not have been easier to reach and was always helpful. The location and beachfront view of the Gulf cannot be more beautiful. The condo's kitchen and bathrooms were clean, the whole unit, however, is in much need of deep cleaning. Where the tile floors meet the trim are thick with dirt and grit and the trim are all terribly scuffed both leaving a feeling of unclean. We imagine the "Spring Break" crowds could have something to do with these issues not being addressed.

This condo was so cute and cozy. We stayed through the New Year’s celebration and were able to see the fantastic Fireworks right from the big balcony. The Emerald Resort is a beautiful place to stay with a great location. Check in was easy and parking was great too. Debbie was great, making sure everything was good and checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. We loved the view from this 18th floor balcony. We also loved the huge table to work on some puzzles at night, since the sun goes down by 5:00 in the winter. We would definitely stay here again. We love the location, and you never have to drive anywhere if you don’t want to. The Steamer restaurant across the street was delicious and also had live music, and Starbucks is just an escalator ride away.

The beach and ocean view from the balcony was even more beautiful than pictures. The beds were extremely comfortable and there were even some beach chairs for guest use. Host was very responsive when messaged. 10/10 recommend this property. Use of 3 different pools and easy beach access. I can hardly wait to stay here again! Love love love!!!! The 1 and only 1 con to this property was there was no space to put groceries away as the pantry doors were locked.

Annual girls trip

We had the best stay. Condo was true to pictures and listing. The owner gave the best instructions and checked in to make sure everything was good. Condo was with walking distance to everything we needed. We had 4 ladies that when on the trip and every bragged about the condo.

Lovely condo with great views and walking distance to a lot

We enjoyed our stay, the owners were very responsive and very kind and helpful. I loved that so many restaurants and a few attractions were in walking distance. Traffic was extremely heavy at time, it was hard to get out on the road unless someone was kind enough to let you out, we opted to walk when we could. The views were amazing, it was quiet inside, we didn’t hear noises from our neighbors or people walking by. Beds were comfy and the we appreciated the little extras like seasonings, Aloe Vera, tin foil, more than one trash bag, etc.

Condo was beautiful and very clean.Easy access to beach and local restaurants.The only issue with this property is with the elevators.One or more was under maintenance every day that we visited. It makes arrival and departure difficult when loading and unloading luggage. This is an issue with the building and NOT the individual condo.

Amazing view!

The location is perfect! Several great restaurants you can walk to. There is pizza, ice cream & a full service bar on the sky bridge with live music most nights. The beds were comfy. It was nice to have little things like basic spices and scissors!
