When you first enter this condo, you will notice the beautifully appointed open-concept living area. Monterey Condo is an exclusive gulf-front condominium on the south side of Highway 30A between Alys Beach and Watersound in the beach community of Seacrest. The gated complex is composed of three Mediterranean-style buildings, twenty-four units, and was constructed in 1999. Each floor has two units, so each unit is a wonderful corner unit. Its neighbors are condos, Capistrano, and Tranquility. Amenities include 275 feet of pristine beachfront, a heated pool, a private walkway to the beach, and lush landscaping. Walk to Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, Bike on the famous 30A bike trail, and watch unsurpassed sunsets.
