Sleeps 8 comfortably: 2 King beds, 1 Queen bed, 1 Queen sleeper sofa. Smart TVs in every bedroom and living room.

Feel right at home in this fully furnished 3BR/3BA (1475 sq ft living + 240 sq ft gulf-front balcony). Full kitchen with new appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher), traditional coffee pot + Keurig, brand-new washer/dryer—everything for relaxed beach days and home-cooked meals.

Palazzo is a premium west-end gem: 220 ft deeded beach access, only 129 units total, 3 high-speed elevators, elevated heated gulf-front pool/spa, fitness center. Living room and master with direct Gulf views. Just ~1 mile to Pier Park for endless entertainment, dining, and shopping!

5 Stars – Perfect Beach Escape!We absolutely loved our stay at this beach condo! The unit was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The view from the balcony was stunning, and being just steps from the beach made it easy to soak up the sun every day.The kitchen had all the basics for cooking in, and there were plenty of towels, extra blankets, and beach gear, which was a big plus. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

The room was exactly as I saw in the photos online. There were some things that we didnt really like. One of them is that the door to the balcony was very hard to pull open and shut. You better have muscles for that. The chairs around the outside table were uncomfortable to sit in. There were no batteries in one of the TV remote controls in the bedroom. I let the host know and he was going to have his team bring some on Monday but I never saw anybody. Some parts of the room was really not so clean. There was a lot of hair in the hall bathroom and in the kitchen floor. Security is always a good thing to have but we felt as tho we were being watched 24/7. All in all tho, we enjoyed our stay.

Great condo and perfect location!

We ended up having our flight delayed and rescheduled which led to a 3 am arrival time, but Nick was awesome with communication throughout the whole ordeal! He went above and beyond with assisting us with a back-up plan for getting into the condo since it was so late! It was a very smooth entry into the condo and the place was very clean upon arrival! We loved the location and the convenience of having restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance! We will definitely rebook the condo next time we are in Panama City!

Perfect condo

I have stayed at the palazzo numerous times. What stands out about this condo the most was how Nick went above and beyond during the booking and during our stay. He was wonderful ! I highly recommend . The condo was very clean and nicely decorated.

Top Notch Condo

Everything we could possibly need was provided. Very well equipped kitchen, nicely decorated, huge master! The view and beach access were spectacular! It was nice to park in the garage and made hauling in luggage easy. Nick the owner was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Great Condo

This property is exactly as described on VRBO. Convenient location, really accessible to grocery and restaurants. Beach is nice and quite not packed like some of the other beaches. I would definitely stay there again.
