'Lazy Magnolia' - Nära till strand och pool w / 4 cyklar och strandstolar! Nära Rosemary!

Njut av en kort 3-4 minuters promenad till de vackra stränderna i Seacrest när du bor på "Lazy Magnolia," ett tre sovrum, tre badrum hemma ligger i Magnolia Cottages by the Sea. Denna stuga med en våning har allt du behöver för en perfekt familjesemester eller långhelg med dina vänner. Inbäddat i sanddynerna och den naturliga borsten i Seacrest kommer du att njuta av stugans naturliga och lugna miljö. Förfalskade gator lägger en grann känsla i hemmen. Strax norr om 30-A är du bara några steg från den privata strandpromenaden (300 meter!).

"Lazy Magnolia" sover åtta personer. Sovrum: bekväm fast king size-säng med privat badrum och jacuzzi och 46 "Samsung TV. Gäst sovrum: Kudde-top queen-size säng med privat badrum och ny platt-TV. Våningssäng: Fyra bäddar med väggmonterad TV.

Jenn-Air / Bosch apparater och bänkskivor i granit hälsar dig i köket. Det är fyllt med det nödvändiga du behöver för att komma igång. En tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek tillhandahålls också för dig.

Du kommer att älska det luftiga och fridfulla vardagsrummet med en ny 55 "Samsung 4k-TV med digital kabel och premiumkanaler. Ett inbyggt högtalarsystem som enkelt rymmer en iPod och en höghastighets wi-fi-anslutning är ytterligare uppgraderingar du kommer att njuta av.

För friluftsälskare kommer du att uppskatta den största skärmad verandan som Magnolia har att erbjuda. Detta andra vardagsrum kommer med en fullstor soffa, kärlflygflygplan och stol. Ljusa kuddar och året runt korg kommer att sätta lyckliga i happy hour! Det finns också ett bord och stolar för ditt morgonkaffe.

Den delade poolen ligger bara några steg från vår stuga eller ta en kort promenad till stranden. Ta en av de fyra cyklarna och ta en kryssning på 30-A cykelvägen. Gå till Rosemary Beach eller butikerna på Seaside på eftermiddagen. Eller cykla till en lokal park för en noggrann titt på naturen. Ta med dina golfklubbar för världsberömd golf på banor i området. Och glöm inte shoppingen på 30-A såväl som de berömda utköpsköpcentren i Destin!

Åh, och stranden! ...Njut av att använda solstolar och parasoller som tillhandahålls åt dig!

Beautiful place to stay- great location. 5 minute to the beach and right across from the pool. Very clean.The only issue was the internet/ tv kept going in and out but that was our only complaint. We will definitely be back!!

What a wonderful home perfectly located a block from the beach and across the street from the swimming pool. Hosts were so kind to accommodate with our early arrival and then we never needed a thing. Easiest sweetest vacation. The cottage is perfectly equipped with anything you can possibly need. Great family room and screen porch. We will definitely stay here again!

This was perfect for our family vacation. The walk to the beach is just minutes away. Lots of restaurants close. Loved riding the bikes. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The owner checked in on us day 1 to make sure we had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful Stay on 30A

Really can’t say enough good things about this property and owner. It’s well stocked with high quality amenities (including Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrellas) and the overall furnishings are nice. Owner and management company was very responsive as well. Would hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect spot on 30A

This place was lovely. It’s just tucked away enough to feel peaceful and grounded, amid all the busyness of 30a. The pool has the same woodsy, quiet feel and is just two houses away. It wasn’t a busy pool either most of the time. The walk to the beach is about 3 blocks to 30a, and then a short distance down the side of the hill. The bathrooms were beautiful and updated. The beds were very comfortable, and the porch added a lot of extra living space when we wanted a bit of space from other people in our group who might be playing a game or watching a movie. Also, for anyone with kids, Raw and Juicy in Alys beach was close and gave us a perfect spot to eat and let the kids play at the adjoining park. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

Perfect Stay

We had a great stay at Lazy Magnolia. This is our 4th year staying in this neighborhood and this is by far our favorite house so far. We already booked again for next year. House is updated, clean, and just like the pictures. All kitchen utensils were available. Bikes and beach gear in the shed were an awesome addition. Perfect stay for my family of 5. Dan was a great host and provided great communication. Cant wait to stay here again.

Great Family Spring Break

This was perfect for our family-close to the beach and the community pool was a hit with the kids. Great location for families with young children, the neighborhood seemed very family oriented and safe. It was great to have beach chairs, umbrellas and wagon to use for beach days. We also enjoyed the bicycles and there are great bike trails close by.

Loved having coffee on back porch! Owner communicated well with our concerns.

It was great other than the construction next door. There was full crew making lots of noise early in the am. We would definitely stay in the cottage again; it was well stocked with items we needed and a good location. Please note that once you get on the private access beach you are required to walk further down because it has been purchased by those who live directly on the beach. Not a deal breaker but just more walking if that is a problem.

Loved the Lazy Magnolia

My family of four loved this house! It was a short walk to the beach, very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed using the provided bikes to ride to nearby shopping areas. The location to restaurants and a grocery store was wonderful! Dan was an excellent communicator and host. We would definitely stay at Lazy Magnolia again!!

10/10 Stay!

Absolutely amazing stay at Lazy Magnolia! The property and entire neighborhood were so nice. The home was very convenient to the beach walkover, which was great having little kids with us. The inside of the home was immaculately clean and cozy. The bathrooms were SO nice and the beds were very comfortable. It was well equipped with everything we could’ve needed for our stay from beach toys, to beach wagons, to kitchen equipment, to band aids. When we weren’t on the beach, we were hanging out on the screened in porch, which had beautiful views of the wooded neighborhood and was surprisingly quiet. We had a slight issue with the AC, but Dan had someone out to fix it within an hour and had no other issues the remainder of our trip. Rosemary and Alys Beaches were both within a bike ride as well, which was great! I could go on and on and on about this house and its location and our host. We can’t wait to visit again soon!

Great peaceful little neighborhood. Loved the screened in porch. Kids loved the pool and it was close to the house. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad. There is a place that sells ice on your path to the beach which was great to fill the cooler.

The Perfect Cozy Getaway!

This home was just what the doctor ordered. A Pottery Barn inspired decor, sparkling clean, well appointed residence! It has every convenience you could ask for including 2 coffee makers, a blender, washer/dryer, TV's in every room, etc. Easy walk to the beach or pool. A wonderful large screened in porch. Comfy indoor furniture and a large dining table for dining, puzzles and/or game night. Loved that it's all one level as well. Easy parking for 2 cars that lead right up to the entrance. While I didn't make use of the bicycles or beach chairs, I appreciated that they were there. Also, the Owner was a wonderful resource for everything and answered any question I had immediately. He even made out a list of favorite restaurants and what cuisine they served and where they were located. Great location on 30A as well, with good access to Publix, dining and shopping. 10 out of 10!!

Loved everything about this house!

I have nothing bad to say about this property! Close to beach, perfect for our family of 6, clean and well decorated. We enjoyed using the bikes and beach chairs that came with the house. The neighborhood was quiet and the beach was not overly crowded. Dan was delightful to work with. Very responsive and helpful the few times I reached out.
